A loan is not hassle I wanted to take, but necessity made me. I saw the email with an offer from Tesco Bank on 6% but after at the end I had to settle on 8.1%. It was not nice. But the online experience was really smooth. In future I might use Tesco Bank just for this easy process.

Complicated to transfer ISA's and time consuming
As per their website, I contacted them to receive some ISA transfer forms, to transfer my ISA's to them!!
10 days later, they didn't send me the forms but application forms to open up an account and also requests for certifications etc. I gave up!!
Within 24 hours, I got a better deal, and my account was also instantly set up.
