Tesco clubcard plus credit card
Im a tesco clubcard plus subscriber and pay £7.99 a month. One of the benefits of this is being eligible to apply for a tesco clubcard plus credit card offering 0% apr on purchases and no fees for using your card abroad. This benefit is advertised on the tesco clubcard website as well as Tesco bank! Nevertheless less Tesco bank say they have never heard of this and it is not a service they offer. In that case, is it false advertising, or is it a case of staff not being aware of what products they offer?

Super understanding and helpful staff
I have only just recently joined Tesco bank and this is my first experience with a credit card. I have had lots of questions and all of the customer service team have been super friendly and always made me feel like no question was a silly question. Thank you!

Unfortunately, it's not a good bank for loans because it works with Barclays, which is also bad, and the responses are slow and without follow-up – they are the worst.
