The Residences at Tewksbury Commons is…

The Residences at Tewksbury Commons is a HORRIBLE company to work for and reside at.

Took on a position as maintenance technician for the apartment complex. Well trained and went over and above the short time I was employed with them.

Poor communication.
No organization.
No or very low stock/tools/supplies.

VERY rude, judgmental, drama-filled, shit talking head witch receptionist, her ringleading "my shit don't stink" boss, and "Mr Krabs" cheap maintenance director are all a bunch of lying, stealing leaches.

Worst company I have ever worked for.

I struggle with my own problems everyday. Things got too much and I never returned to work after lunch one day. I did the wrong thing by not communicating with them and just disappearing. I admit, apologize and move on. With that being said I had hundreds of dollars worth of personal tools in 2 carry ons and a backpack.

My coworker put them in the shop for me and send me a picture of where they were.

It took me some time to text back and say I was picking them up but was told by "Mr. Krabs" that he "had no idea where they went". Twice. So I went to the office. I explained everything about my tools to the queen bee receptionist, only instead of being treated with respect and personality like a good quality receptionist should, I got straight witch face attitude. Claiming everyone has no idea about them.

So, I go look around. Noticing that my tools are scattered all around the outside of the shop from people using them. Hmm. Weird for missing tools.

If it's so easy to lie to me about my stolen tools, imagine what and how often they're stealing from the tenants.

My tools. My property.

P.s don't even get me started on living here.
