Absolutely phenomenal weekend
Absolutely phenomenal weekend. The event is professionally run, but the organisers are friendly and approachable and set a similar tone for the event itself - it's less a 'convention' more a 'weekend-long party with your mates, some of whom you just hadn't met before or have appeared on the telly'.

I needed to change a ticket to another…
I needed to change a ticket to another day plus add a carers ticket. Steve answered my email inquiry promptly, did the refund and confirmed the new tickets. It was done with professionalism, no jumping through hoops. If this is the way a busy person gets on and does his job, I can’t wait to get to TFNation and enjoy myself.

Very helpful
My partner purchased 2 tickets but accidentally selected the wrong dates. I have now purchased tickets for the correct dates & they have took note of the hiccup on our side & have issued a refund. Thank you guys, looking forward to the event

Dear Mr Kenner we're sorry to read your review but there appears to be some confusion. Your original booking was refunded in full on the same day your partner requested it, 17th June 2022. We confirmed this by email at 14:44 on that day and included a note that our payment partner informed us that the refund can take 5-10 days to appear on the card. The refund was made to the original card that was used. If you contact us at support@tfnation.com we can confirm the last four digits of the card that received the refunded.
The customer service is fantastic!!
The customer service I received from Steve from TFNation was outstanding!! I had booked the wrong tickets and was totally unaware of my error. Steve emailed to check I had booked the correct tickets and then very kindly cancelled my old booking and sent my new tickets and issued a part refund. I’m so grateful thank you very much. Really looking forward to August.
