Very straight forward to order tickets, received e-ticket quickly by email - had an amazing time at TFNation in 2019 and looking forward to 2022! Has been fab to see the online events the TFN team has put on too, and they've been incredibly responsible when it comes to covid safety.

The website is easy to navigate (and has been for several years); new features and prompts have been explained in advance but are easy to work out if you have had no prior communication; my details have been saved over the years and the process of signing up for the latest event and securing my tickets was incredibly fast with no problems. The physical event is always a very high standard, so I look forward to attending it again this year.

No one could foresee 2020, everything changed and TFN is no exception. I’m very hopeful that the organisers will make 2022 a huge success and I will support continue to support them. #Target2022

Good detail on the emails received. Easy access to the sessions (I bought it as a present to somebody else, so this was a comment from them).

Been participating at TFNation events for a few years. They are always well thought out and wonderfully executed. They treat people with respect, care and like they would their own family. The Spotlight Events, while new, are the same exact standard I expect from the same awesome group. While I will admit that there were a few technical difficulties, they handled it with the same transparency and professionalism any other convention with the same constraints would. I like the fact that they try new things and are open to bringing a community together in different ways that appeal to many different fans. Keep being awesome!

I can safety say, that from start to finish, TFNATION Spotlight Event, was amazing and I’m so glad I took part. The event was well organised, it ran very smoothly and best of all, it was a real honour and pleasure for me to speak, one on one with the events special quest, Tania Gunadi. It was also very enjoyable, catching up with not only the TFCREW, but also my fellow TFNATION friends, so from the bottom of my heart, thank you TFNATION and I’m looking forward to seeing you all again for, The Big Broadcast 2021, so until then, LETS SAY GO!!!!

Fantastic event, though there were one or two technical issues the event went flawlessly. The staff were great on getting everything sorted out and the guest was very nice.

I'm very happy that online participation is available, but most of the documents I'm finding, including the ticket information, seems to refer to an in-person event, so I'm unclear as to what I'm to do to take part I'm the event.

TFNation(TFN) is never the same show twice. They are always on the lookout for new ways to improve the show, and have great volunteers who gladly come back to take part year after year! 2020 has not been kind to us all, but TFN went above board anyway to create an online convention experience happen despite not being able to do an in-person event. Unbelievable dedication to the fans. TFN crew go out of their way to make sure guests have easy access to information, or encourage approaching any volunteer to seek out answers to questions or concerns. "Well oiled machine." I go to a lot of conventions, and TFN is one of the absolute best!!! Highly recommend attending if you are ever able to do so! Such positivity, and support for newcomers makes this a warm and welcoming space for young and old. An easy place to connect with other fans with similar interests! Been to a few, and its predecessor, and a bunch of other conventions, and TFN has always been by far one of the best organised. It's particularly apparent when issues come up and are dealt with professionally and proactively; at the time of writing, with the convention cancelled due to international crisis, there's just been a two-day online version with guests, activities, merch and charity sales attended by several hundred people. That's TFN, and it brings out the best in everyone involved.
