Awful company,

Awful company,

Trying to get help from them during these really worrying times has been so stressful. My husband has been Furloughed and not sure if he has a job to go back to and I've been advised by the government to self isolate until middle of July. We filled out their required form and after a long delay they continued to request evidence before they would commit to anything. After missing 1 payment they harassed us and our guarantor until we paid them leaving us with just £40 for the month to feed our family, but they didn't care about that. We're fully aware that we owe money, but with little or no income it becomes a lot more difficult.

Other loan companies (Bamboo and Amigo) have been absolutely amazing and have helped us so much. The sooner we pay back our loan to TFS and so we no longer have to deal with them or give them anymore of our money than needed the better. The lack of empathy and stress that they have caused us in this already stressful time has been incredible.

I will never recommend this company to anyone.

My God they are bullies and harras the life off you and I'm talking 8 emails 10 calls per day 6 texts my husband passing away wasnt a good enough reason for falling behind. I have paid 13k back on a 5k loan. I offered 3k to settle the current 3459 that was left I was advised no because by the time my loan finishes in a year the final bill with interest would be 4763. Crazy Poor Customer Support when using Toyota TFS

I've had to contact TFS customer support 3 times using their TFS system. While it's easy to send issues, questions and complaints they will never call you to obtain more info since they limited the size. On all 3 occasions they closed these questions after posting a response and send an email saying they responded. One issue was the automatic deduction that occurred twice on 2 Apr so I ask (why?) that happened. They said that once the change was made and approved it could not be removed. However, in order to make this change I finally had to delete the existing automatic deduction. There should be a pop-up or other notification stating that prior to processing a new request, since I only financing one vehicle. They have many areas on their website that are not intuitive to most users or even experienced users have to fumble around so it takes time to figure out how to do things and then they don't often work correctly. As of late last week they changed my next automatic deduction to 2 June 2020 and I assume none for May 2020. They never contacted me to say that's what they want to do and get my approval. It certainly appears they don't care what a customer wants they just do what they want without consent of a customer. I will not recommend friends and family to finance a vehicle from TOYOTA due to bad policies.

Tfs loans are Loan Sharks

Tfs loans are Loan Sharks. They will give you money and expect double back. I took out £7.5k and paying back £16k. I've already paid £13k and been struggling. They don't want to know. Case now with ombudsman to review. Tfs loans do not check in detail what you tell them. They won't help at all if you can't afford your payments for any reason. Very unethical company. Should be shut down

Do not listen to customers

Sent me an email with the payment date on and if I can't make payment to contact them straight away. I contacted them to state I wouldn't have enough funds and to request a new date for them to take the payment. Next day I check my bank and they have taken my payment out 3 days earlier than the original date leaving me overdrawn! I now have charges of £25 off them and £15 charges off my bank! Fuming. They do not listen to customers!
