My item states delivered. I have not received it. I emailed Thane and someone called me a couple of days later but was not interested in the fact that I have not received my parcel but wanted to give me a £10 voucher for 1.99 fee. He told me the parcel will be with me in a day or 2 and I still don’t have my steam mop

since this review I have had 3 lots of unauthorized payments taken from my bank account. No refund and no help

The product is excellent but the usb charging cable just snapped.How can i get a replacement

Quick free delivery, great product.. I do not buy from TV adverts however, so pleased I did.

After having my H20 HD steam cleaner for a while, I started to experience some issues.
I contacted the customer service department & received not only speedy but supportive guidance.
Replacement part was arranged and now back to brilliant operations 😀

Fast delivery and always quality products.

The order and delivery process could not be faulted. However the agent who called us the next day to tell us we were being given a £20 Amazon voucher as a thank you should have made it clear in order to access this we would be signed up to a discount platform that would cost us £99.99 per year! He spoke to fast we had difficulty understanding what he was saying. No the sort of behaviour l would expect from a company like Thane!

It was fast and easy

I had one of the first steamers they brought out for over ten years but this new version is so much better especially the folding handle makes it easier to put away in my cupboard x

I saw the ad for an 8 piece bundle and an optional supplementary pack of accessories, was impressed and went on line to order.

When it arrived I peeled back the outer packaging and found that the main box said it contained "5 Pieces". I didn't know if I had been sent the wrong box or whether the other items in the package made it up to an 8 piece order.

I immediately got on line to the help desk and asked for clarification.

Meanwhile I re-watched the TV ads and never saw again the ad that prompted my order. There were other ads with different accessories or gifts (like a compact fan) but I didn't ever see MY cleaner again.

I could also not find anything on line which showed me the details of the package that I had ordered. Other stuff, but not MY order with the twin rotating heads.

I waited for what I thought was ages for a response and when nothing was forthcoming and the return-by days were flying, I applied to send the whole thing back.

I eventually DID get a response re the 5 piece / 8 piece query but by then I had set the return in motion.

The return process turned out to be easy. Thane arranged for a courier pick up and the parcel was lifted as scheduled. The courier fee was to be taken out of my refund, which was fair enough.

I may consider purchasing this product again but this time I will buy it through the retail outlets so that I can see what I am getting and can ask questions

Great value for money and arrived in good time. Easy to assemble.

Product good , but the call you get the next day you get a £20 Amazon voucher for taking the survey is a joke . They take 99p out of your bank , then don’t tell you it’s , nearly a £100 a year after that

Ordering systems said my order was complete
I paid for the item, and received no invoice.
Then bombarded with emails telling me my item was still in the basket.
To my frustration had to start the process over again!!!

In terms of my original order for parts for my vax steam cleaner all was well however somehow I was also signed up to à subscription for I don’t know what which cost £99 . I have no emails relating to it even when it was cancelled by my bank . The customer service team won’t discuss it with me or send me the proof they say they have that I took it out .

I’m pleased to update my review from one star to five stars. Thane Direct reached out promptly and went above and beyond to resolve all my issues. Their customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciate their efforts to make things right. Thank you Tilly 😀

It was very easy to order the mop. Delivery was quick and instructions easy to undrtstand

Bought a orbitrek mx 6/06/25 £149.99 month later had my debit card scammed /on bank statement says Thane for £99.99/ trying to get refund from TSB but having difficulty
