I have had one before so I was half way but the new attachment are much improved.

My steamer is fabulous. Easy to operate and fill. The instructions are clear and it was delivered very quickly.

I have tried to order a new water tank for H2oHD, but been blocked every time by Thane not only is the Item the worst floor mop on the marketplace poltie and shark much easier n use and they do not keep falling over n break te tank very bad design it's not long before you will brake the first one, so it's a usless gadget, and to EXPENSIVE N BIG TO THROW UNDER THE SINK I tried to buy a replacement water tank as the Ho2 HD falls over when stood up n the water tank breaks, every time, trying to buy a replacement from thane is impossible no customer service number to get help, no broadband can't afford it or TV, so every route leads to a dead end THANE KNOW BECAUSE THEY SEND ME NOTICE I'VE GOT IT IN MY BASKET, BUT HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO FINISH SALE, BECAUSE EVERYWHERE ELSE ITS TWICE THE PRICE SO THANE WANT YOU TO BUY FROM OTHER SELLERS TO PAY £40 FOR A £19 ITEM ITS THE WORST STEAM MOP EVER as for the H 3 floor mop the trigger to spray floor usless if the trigger doesn't work, that lasted 3 weeks before the the trigger went, I've spent around £350 on the floor cleaning equipment steam mop pads and trigger mop both sitting UNUSABLE I won't ever buy from them again ever I'm saving to buy something else, it will be easier for me to buy shark or something like that because THANE PRODUCTS ARE A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

My H20 was delivered quickly and well packaged. The buying process was straightforward and simple to do.
My only problem is trying to register on the suggested page.
Other than that everything is okay, this is my second H20 and I'm very happy with this one H20 HD.

You need to state in your tv advert and online that your product is not suitable for people with a pacemaker. You also need to refund money quicker when the product is returned.

From the day I ordered my H20 steamer I was kepted informed on its arrival the gentleman that delivered it bought into my kitchen as it was too heavy for me

I ordered a hd30 steam mop, but still haven't received my order.

Only used this so far to refresh lounge carpet. It does lift surface dirt off and carpet looks much brighter. However the handle could be a little more sturdy but so far so good.
