Had a confirmation order received and being sent. Apparently will notify you when parcel is being delivered by email or mobile. It is the fourth day today and still not had any information on when it is being delivered.

The product, Orbetrek MX, is everything it is advertised to be. With reduced mobility, because of health reasons, it is a good substitute on a daily basis to easily maintain some sort of exercise in an effort to keep up some fitness, and the weather is not a factor! The company is easy to deal with. My order arrived in good time. Unfortunately I had an issue with the remote in that despite replacing numerous batteries it would not work. I contacted Thane and I received a new remote within 2 days. Very impressive Customer Service.

Ordered the diamond pan set with the knifes so over £240 on the 9/8/25 then hear nothing for nearly a week only to get told sorry your order got lost in are system. But dpd website says it as the order just waiting on the package, so what really happened?

Works really well my wooden floors look lovely and clean. It was delivered in a few days. Happy overall with everything

Great Product

I purchased the twist and shape last September what a great machine at first ! But built so badly the noise was horrendous and then last Saturday my machine split lucky that I wasn’t going fast I have attached my photo of the broken machine ! This company does not have a contact number emailed them last Saturday still haven’t received a response will do further reviews and about companies before purchasing this machine again !!!

I contacted Thane Customer Service and received a satisfactory reply within hours - promise to send out the missing items to arrive in the next 3-5 working days.

Delivered on time

I've had this item for about 5 years. It has seldom been used and then only lightly.

Nevertheless, it has stopped producing steam today. It seems to be clogged up inside and there is no way to open it up inside to clean it. Ive tried all the things suggested but it still doesn't work and will have to be replaced.Judging from what Ive seen on You Tube this seems to be quite a common problem.

So, it's going in the bin and being replaced with something cheaper At least I won't feel so bad if I have to throw it away after so little use.

P.S. BTW it was already on its second water tank. These are made from very flimsy plastic which cracks and leaks very easily!

I ordered the H2O HD upgraded version!, it said 3-5 days but yodel said it would be delivered on Monday 11/08, but when I checked the app it said they tried to deliver on the Saturday but I was in all day & didn’t hear them!( if they did come?) but the app still said they would come on the Monday!,but when I checked the app again it said delivered to our local depot then on Monday it said delivered back to the national depot!, I tried there call app but got no sense out of that then I tried calling direct!, but they just kept saying it will be ok it takes time to update but then it said the sender asked for it to be returned!, you’ve taken payment!, what’s going on 😳🤔😳😳😳!!..

Don't rate the steam mop at it leave s streaks on my floor tile,s could of spent the money on something better to be honest jkhn

ordered£100 item. recieved item missing vital parts. reported missing parts and asked for them to be sent to me. recieved second parcel with non of missing parts. now contacted them again and messaged them their second error. i have now waited two weeks for original working item. and dont what they will send this time. what a totally stupid system they have, along with lack of any real customer support.

I ordered a product 2 products separately for delivery the next day I received one and not the other, I got rang up being given an offer because I’d bought products, I said hadn’t received one and they said they would get someone to ring me, hasn’t happened I emailed through there help Centre I haven’t even received an email confirmation. absolutely shocking
