Good homepage, easy to navigate and find parts and order. Limitations on warehouse size and availability of part for particularly "older" models. Too long lead times if you are in a timevise bind.

They gave me the wrong parts
They gave me the wrong parts. On the website I enter the correct registration number for my car. Then the parts should fit. I had borrowed a place to fix, agreed with a friend to help. Spent two hours for disassembly and cleaning. Sent a complaint to T. Hansen. Got a response that I could only come to the store to exchange parts. No compensation in the form of discounts or gift cards. All that time I had wasted. At least they could have offered to send me the correct goods in the mail. This was plain customer service

Ordering site said 1-3 days delivery…
Ordering site said 1-3 days delivery time expected. Took 2 weeks. Had to buy identical item from other company in the meantime. Now I have one spare that I simply didn’t need. Thansen should not underestimate. Reason for buying was fair price and short delivery time 😑
