Ordered kids cars that were on sale
Ordered kids cars that were on sale, got an sms that the order is cancelled because cars are not in stock. Well the cars are still on the web shop and possible to buy all this time. How bad this can be from the inventory management side.
More than that, I got no cancellation email, and no information about the refund, tried calling the customer number, no one picked the call. I am sending now emails.

Poor service
I had ordered a toy car - store pickup. I travelled all the way to Stockholm branch to get my product, but the product was the one which was used as a display one. Even in fb market place you don’t buy that one. I still don’t know how they were ready to sell that one. Poor service. Water of time and money with not even a excuse from the guy over the counter.
