I’ve had a really positive experience with The Coaching Academy so far. The programme is exceptionally well organised, with clear structure and guidance at every step. The learning materials are high quality, practical, and easy to follow, and the live sessions add a lot of value—interactive, supportive, and genuinely motivating.
What I appreciate most is the balance: you can progress at your own pace, but you never feel alone thanks to the community. The group energy, shared learning, and encouragement make a big difference. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to train as a coach in a flexible but well-supported way

I recently attended the Practicalities of Corporate and Executive Coaching training, and it exceeded all expectations. Katy Manson, our speaker, was exceptional — a high-calibre professional with deep expertise and real-life insight into the coaching industry. She created a dynamic and engaging learning environment, blending her own corporate experience with clear market understanding, practical examples, and interactive activities that kept everyone actively participating, rotating, and contributing.
The Coaching Academy continues to impress me with the quality of their programmes. They consistently bring in top-level speakers who deliver valuable, relevant learning. Their materials are thoughtfully designed and inclusive, with adaptations that support different neurodiversity needs.

Least impactful workshop so far
I found the content of this workshop a little too anecdotal and terminology was unclear or arbitrary at times. This was definitely the least impactful of the workshops I’ve attended. Others have been much better and learnings much more useful.

Excellent course . Highly recommend. Webinars and Accelerator course are of the highest order. Feedback from practical assessments were constructive and timely.Amount of resources on the portal are very useful, relevant and easy to navigate. Group and one 2 one session were very helpful and supportive, keeping you in track and motivated to complete on time. DISC certification course
Joining instructions and supporting materials were great for the course. Well facilitated, particularly for online training. Level 1 provides enough detail for immediate application. I really enjoyed the breakout discussions with other participants.

Life Coaching Diploma
After some research (and scepticism) I bought the Life Coaching Course with the help of a bursary and payment plan. It has proved to be an enlightening course with an unending amount of support offered alongside it - money well spent, I feel I shall be well equipped when I have completed it.
