If I could give 50 stars I would, I needed a unique valentines gift, I ordered and emailed to ensure that my product would arrive in time, not only did I receive a reply outside of normal office hours, the level of customer service didn’t stop there, my query was dealt with, the product completed finished packed and despatched so quickly I had to hide it long before it was gifted, perfect transaction thank you again.

Ordered several glasses, service was fast and efficient. Glasses arrived in quality packaging and the engraving gives each glass that personal touch. Very happy with the quality and would certainly order again

I placed an order a month before I required the item as a gift and had an immediate response that there would be an issue which I appreciated. I responded and sent some new options for the engraving but this is where I then had to keep chasing and communication became very poor to the point where a week before I needed the gift, I had no contact and didn't know whether the gift was being made or not. I emailed to say it was too late and to request a refund which I promptly received and was grateful for but no apology or explanation.
I was really hopeful and wanted to support this business but sadly not a good experience.

Created my design and looked great on the glass. Given as a gift and the recipient was very happy. The glass needed rinsing a few times before use due to a few very fine shards/sharp edges from the cutting process.

I wanted a coffee cup with my friends cat engraved on it so I sent a picture over to Jess and she wasn’t 100% sure that it would come out okay. However Jess was extremely helpful and tested it out for me. I then ordered it and it came 4 days later and it is perfect. Very helpful!

TEGW website didn't have exactly what I was looking for to have engraved on a beer stein, so I got in touch with them to see if they could accommodate my request. I spoke with Jess who did a brilliant job of understanding what I needed and over a couple of e-mails nailed what I was after perfectly. The glass arrived promptly and it looks brilliant. I can't thank Jess enough for the time and effort she put into this and the end result made the recipient very happy indeed. I'd happily recommend them to anyone.

I ordered 4 glasses with 2 different logos (2of each). Jess at TEGW sorted out and greatly improved my poor artwork and the glasses arrived promptly after ordering. One arrived broken but that was swiftly sorted out by Jess.
I will definitely be using the company again.

Really pleased with the engraved drink measure I ordered. Good quality nice packaging and arrived really quickly.

It was my first time ordering and definitely not the last!

I went ahead with the milk bottle which was exactly as described. The quality was fantastic and I know my friend will absolutely love the present!!

The delivery time was super speedy with regular emails of the dispatch.

All in all its an 10/10 from me - thank you Jess and the team and looking forward to purchasing from you again.

The actual product was lovely but they delivered the smaller size as they had none of the bigger ones left in stock. I queried this and they said they refunded me. Many thanks
