The engraved gin glass that I ordered as a birthday present arrived damaged - through no fault of the-engraved-gift-workshop, since the gin glass was well wrapped. I notified them of this tragedy - and they immediately offered to replace the gin glass, free of charge. An EXTREMELY well wrapped gin glass has just arrived. Thank you very much for your excellent service.

Fantastic and friendly service ! I sent Jess a fairly complex design and she removed the bits i didn't need and tweaked it all for me very quickly and with no fuss.
The end product looks amazing and very happy with the quality and look of it. The engraved design is much better than i could have hoped for. Super quick despatch as well. I would highly recommend and will be using The Engraved Gift Workshop again. Thank you
