After having an issue with the glass I contacted Jess and she sent out a replacement without hesitation which was received before expected. Great customer service and very happy with the quality of all the items included in the gift set. Would definitely recommend.

Glass was shattered in transit. Business replaced the glass with a new one. the giftee is very happy with the glass.

This was more flexible on wording than others and exactly what I wanted. Arrived when stated although a day early would have been handy. Nice engraving so just right.

I was searching for a quick gift for a friend when I found The Engraved Gift Workshop. I ordered an ERA GLASS BOTTLE with an engraved custom message. They made it fast and arrived on time for my friend's birthday. I highly recommend their services.

Item not received despite two emails and trying to phone mobile number that doesn’t work. So disappointing. It was a gift for a 50th birthday. Rubbish customer service

The item purchased was as described, delivered in a timely manner and both securely and professionally packaged.

I chose a custom engraved item, the website tool provided to design my gift was easy to use. The ability to preview and save my design was a benefit.

My only gripe would be with the design feature, it allows for multiple images to be overlayed (text over image for example). This doesn't appear to work when it comes to the engraving as I had done this for my design and when the product arrived the images had been moved to approximately the same location but outside of the text box.
If this was a known issue I would have appreciated an e-mail to make sure I was happy with the changes prior to engraving.
Small gripe as the gift still looked fantastic and was well received.

Would definitely buy from here again.
