Very prompt response to initial queries about designs. Made the submission of designs and ordering very easy. Items made and delivered quickly with good communication. Lovely jars arrived engraved as per designs which were well packaged to ensure no damage. Can’t fault them and would use again.

I ordered early last week as a wedding gift for someone and initially didn't hear anything - the lovely lady reached out to me on Friday and let me know she had been unwell and refunded me and is still sending the item.
This is absolutely fabulous customer service & I will definitely order again as I have previously received engraved pieces from the business as a gift and they were stunning!

I’ve been using The Engraved Gift Workshop for a number of years now to provide prizes for my annual golf tournament, the Reader Cup. Every year I come back to them because they’re consistently brilliant.

I usually have to get in touch directly as the standard deals don’t always quite match the mix of items I’m ordering—but the team are always more than happy to help and accommodate. They’ve always been willing to sort something out for me, and I really appreciate that level of service.

The communication is excellent, I’m always kept up to date, and I’ve never had a single issue with delivery or the items themselves. The quality of the products is superb—really impressive—and the winners are always absolutely delighted with their prizes.

I’ll definitely continue using them as long as they keep up the fantastic standards they’ve always delivered for me. Highly recommended.

I ordered 4 gin glasses with a family crest and each family members names on them. They were fantastic. I received prompt replies from the company, they were very flexible, and accommodating with the design. Timely delivery before Christmas, excellent product quality.

Ordered 30 personalised bottles for a team of 9 year olds. The bottles are of great quality and they look brilliant. The boys love them!
There was a slight problem with 2 of the bottles and Jess rectified the issue straight away in great time.
I would highly recommend to anyone looking for personalised engraving work.

Fabulous service and lovely gift. I was struggling a little with my design needs, so sent an email for assistance. Help was provided very promptly and came up with perfect design for the pint glass. The turn around for the gift was very quick (arrived in 2 days of order). Would definitely recommend.
