We had an excellent experience with the Mortgage Store from start to finish, and I felt genuinely supported throughout the entire process.
Securing a mortgage can be overwhelming, especially with so many options and considerations, but the team made everything feel clear and manageable.
What stood out most was their professionalism combined with a personal touch. They took the time to really understand our situation, patiently answered all our questions, and explained each step in a way that was easy to follow.
We never once felt rushed or pressured — instead, we felt like they were truly working our my best interest.
Communication was consistently strong. We were kept informed at every stage, which gave us peace of mind and eliminated a lot of the stress that typically comes with buying a home. Any concerns we had were addressed promptly and thoughtfully.

Excellent, quick, highly responsive. Wish I’d started here with The MortgageStore. Spent previous 3 weeks waiting for a response from a direct application with a different lender. A quick call with TMS on a Thursday evening & I had a response the following morning, with the formal offer through the post on Tuesday morning. Could not have wished for better service.
