DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE! This company is truly awful and after making the terrible decision to buy a watch from them I am £350 out of pocket. Have taken my money and I have no watch. After awful customer service for a year, having a watch delivered 6 months late that broke after 5 weeks (an automatic watch). Then posting the watch back and after 10 weeks finally having confirmation they have received it they have now been ignoring emails and contacts for over a month and have with-held my money.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE

Terrible watch, terrible service
I ordered a watch for my dad as a christmas present on November 27,2020 I received the watch January 12, 2021 not only was it way after christmas, but the watch was faulty. This was not my dads first automatic watch, so he’s pretty familiar with how they work. Winding it does not keep it working, it only works while in movement which shouldn’t be. I sent an email asking for a return/refund within 14 days. They told me I can only send it back for a repair. It took them 6 weeks to send it in the first place, a repair would probably take 6 months, No thanks. Do yourself a favor and just walk into a Saks store for a much better watch and service. What a waste of money!
Update: almost a year later and no refund. I was told they would refund my shipping cost, I sent over the receipt and no acknowledgment and no refund. Please don’t let these scammers scam you.

What a damn joke. Ordered a watch.. it came without a working battery.. no one answers emails AND then they email me asking to buy their knock off "Swiss Made" version at a fortune. Please this companies a ****ing joke.
