Fabulous company to work with!
I am so impressed with The Africa Specialists. I found their website by chance, and it is beautiful, and informative. I contacted them, and got an immediate reply. My clients were looking for a specific itinerary, and Gemma put one together for us very quickly that really was perfect. While my clients wanted a luxury product, I could see that any and all ranges for cost could be accommodated with the Specialists. They are very friendly, yet operate with a calm, efficient manner. As the time drew near for my clients to travel, we received a link to an app that can be put on the phone allowing access to one's personal itinerary at any time; even with no wifi. My clients, who have used other tour companies for safaris were very impressed with it. As a travel agent, I will most certainly return to them for all my client's safari requests. From start to finish, they are best in my opinion.

Gemma from The Africa Specialists organized a very successful trip for my husband and I. It was our first trip to Africa and we were not sure about how to do it. Gemma was not only thorough and made sure all details were taken care of but she was charming through the whole 6 month or more of planning that we did. She truly knows her way around and we would recommend her highly. She stayed in touch but we never felt pressured.

The Africa Specialists were Incredible
The Africa Specialists were incredible. It can be a very intimidating experience googling "African Safari" for the first time. With this being our first safari, my wife and I were overwhelmed with the amount of options for an African Safari. Gemma and Nick made planning this trip easy and fun. We explained our expectations of the trip and gave them a budget. The Africa Specialists staff have been to several of the parks and camps throughout Africa so they are incredibly knowledgeable of the areas and were able to provide a trip under budget and exceeded our expectations.
The Africa Specialists work with you for the entire trip. While on our trip, we had to make two minor adjustments and the Africa Specialists quickly responded and coordinated with the associated companies on making the travel adjustments.
We have nothing but great things to say about the Africa Specialists. Whatever you are looking for on your trip to Africa - we highly recommend using the Africa Specialists.

Fantastic trouble free safari!
Extremely friendly and experienced staff. Helped us plan a fantastic two week holiday of trouble free safari and beach. The camps that were recommended were exceptional. I would highly recommend using the The Africa Specialists for anyone wishing to go on safari.

Good advice pre travel as to where and what to do. No hassle booking at good prices and very good contacts/conn3ctions with locals for trouble free safari and beach experiences. Would book again and will do so soon.

A truly excellent experience.
I joined some friends in Tanzania for a six day holiday. It was one of the best holidays i have had and I have travelled far and wide. The organization was brilliant. Loved all three places I stopped at, accommodation very good. Our last camp was destroyed by a huge storm just a few days before we due there so we were moved to another camp which surpassed anything I could have wished for, The safaris were in a fabulous Jeep, all having outside seats. We saw Lions, leopards, elephants, Rhino with calf and the highlight the crossing of the River Mara by the wildebeest. I don’t know whether to return as it was so good or treasure my memories. I would definite recommend The African Specialists,
