I've never been to the store, but that is definitely on my to-do list.
I've purchased a few rifles from them, and every gun I've brought has been as described, probably better, they are my to go store, they never try to sell you what you don't need, that's a +I've just purchased the limited edition wolverine,so say second hand, I'm thinking it's brand-new, it's mint condition, it's truly an amazing rifle.
Also I've got to give the wolfman store a big shout out for keeping me informed of the delivery+ the delivery drivers, second to none and for Gary who delivered today, he's so funny with that and the rifle it's been truly an enjoyable day.

Returned my BSA Elite .177 rifle that I damaged the pellet probe on. They in turn, returned it to BSA in Birmingham. The repair was made and the rifle was returned to me in perfect working order within 20 days. They provided an awesome service, with no charge whatsoever. Five stars are not enough I give them a 10+.

Purchase an HW95k online for collection. When I collected they were very helpful, unboxed the rifle for me to examine and even gave me free pellets, thanks!

Very friendly and helpful over the phone. Received my rifle combination and decided I should have had a different scope so after a quick call I posted on the Monday and Received the one I wanted first thing on Wednesday.

Very friendly and helpful staff, plus I consider they will offer a competitive trade along with a good price if you ever want to part exchange your rifle and equipment.

Extremely helpful and would 100% recommend if you want to buy or sell an Air rifle.

It's got to be said that it's a well stocked shop with quality products and quality staff.

I've been to quite a few airgun shops over the years and while I've not physically been to this one, it's easy to see from the website that they only stock decent airguns and accessories!

Well what a wonderful experience I had yesterday! I purchased an amazing rifle with the amazing knowledge of Justin!
Justin was do patient with me, he explained everything I asked in a way that I could understand! This enabled me to make the perfect purchase for me! No pushy sales patter, just awesome knowledge! I highly recommend paying a visit to the shop, you are instantly made to feel welcome and comfortable to approach staff for help!

Absolutely superb service from the Airgun Center again today.
I've just been into see Justin and Ben with my 20 year old BSA Hornet that I purchased as a kit from the Airgun World center spread hire purchase advertisements that every young airgunner will remember....
This is the second time this air rifle has been repaired free of charge. Both repairs relating the guns age causing it to leak air.

Great company to order from, from ordering to delivery to communication was spot on. I ordered a combo package and expected it all to arrive individually packaged. But no it was all put together and some minor zeroing alterations needed as you would expect. Great service and support. Good job guys!

Absolutely brilliant customer service. I've been buying air rifles and kit from the Airgun Centre for years. These people really know their stuff and are happy to provide guidance and support. I want to give a special mention to Steve. He took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve and offered suitable solutions. We worked through technical issues together and made everything work. The most powerful thing Steve said was "Don't worry, we shall get you sorted" and they did.
Returning to customer service, it was a happy return to the days when suppliers actually cared about their customers.
Finally if you are thinking of buying an Airgun or any accessories then just buy from this shop. They'll sort you out!

If you are reading this then you've found the right place!!! Due to living in Scotland I had to apply for an airgun licence in January. I received the license in June and had looked at many companies over and over again. Some could not be bothered on the phone and some left me standing instore. I always came back to The Airgun Centre and when the time came, I was greeted on the phone by superb staff eager to help with all my questions. I then used the super easy DEKO finance with manageable payments to purchase 3 dream rifles. From start to finish I cannot thank everyone at the Airgun Centre enough! If you want to spend your hard earned money, Do not go anywhere else!!!!!!

Absolutely 1st class service from Kye and his colleagues. I bought a Gamo Phox kit….but have NEVER owned or fired an airgun before. Kye encouraged my questions, of which I had at least 30. I took up over half an hour of his time with everything from break barrel versus pcp, the law around dispatching pigeons, logistics of moving an airgun plus many many more. He really is an asset to the company and the industry as a whole. I cannot begin to emphasise just how important his personal attention was….which turned my enquiry into an immediate sale.

The Gamo Phox is a remarkable rifle that I very highly recommend. British built and has the look, feel and operation of absolute quality.

Thanks guys and gals at the airgun centre. What nice friendly people great service all done on line and delivered to your door. The Airgun (kral np02 mk2) is immaculate and all tested with the results. The guarantee is brilliant and so is the servicing all the time you own the airgun. The newer hard case from kral is a lot better than the older ones, it's stronger and has a handle and wheels. The new style match trigger is nice but needs a bit of adjustment for me but what a nice gun. Big thanks again to the airgun centre I will be back again and again...

I’ve bought 2 guns now from the Air Gun Centre in the last couple of years, firstly an Air Arms S510 Tactical R PCP Air Rifle and just recently an Air Arms HFT 500 PCP Air Rifle.
