i ordered my items on 31/11 and have still not received them. you say it's because one is from europe. if that's the case you should have said so at the outset. now both my son's birthday and xmas presents are fkd up! thanks for that! first time using animetal and most likely the last. pathetic!

Excellent communication and updates, even with warehouse difficulties due to moving premises they still sorted out my order.

My order was unavoidably delayed a little due to postal strike issues, but The Animetal were helpful and responsive throughout, which makes a big difference. And my order, when it arrived, was well packed and in good condition, exactly what I wanted.

with this rating i would say that i have pre-oredered my item yet even though most shops already have their item in shelves this one does not ?

Whilst I understand their inability to supply item due to stock issues was not their fault and providing quick refund. The fact that I had to chase them up to find out this information rather than it being made clear to me straight away was disconcerting.

Unfortunately there was a delivery issue as our item was coming from another country which was out of Animetals hands. Full refund given would still order other items.

Bought two Danganronpa figures from here and they were quick to reply and I got them next day which was awesome, will definitely buy from here again thank you so much!! :D
