I can only echo the sentiments of all the other positive reviews. My 2 graveside floral arrangements by Sianees were perfect. The materials used, the colours and the skilful arrangement couldn't have been better.
I hadn't known in advance about the wording on the vases, but it was highly appropriate.
Oh that everything I order could be this good!

Flowers were just as expected The quality is far superier and I will definitely be buying again.

Placed an order on 30/11 and twenty days later, it has not been delivered

I'm delighted with my order of beautiful roses; the flowers arrived with no issue and the delivery was surprisingly fast.

Usually men are serving in the flower shop in Llandudno. No problem. Young scruffy girl served today on 11th November 2022. Very rude. Didn't give me an option to a particular flower. Said it was old stock. Sniffed as if to say hard luck. Barged into an area I was looking. Really bad customer service. Not going there again.

They have some beautiful products at reasonable prices but the customer service is SHOCKING!!!!
I recently ordered 10 white grave spikes as my family have lost a lot of people in the last year. They only had 7 in stock (which is fine) and they automatically refunded me for the 3 (also fine).
I needed 5 pairs so I called and ordered 4 silver spikes over the phone to be placed in with my original order (to save on sending fee’s).
Only 3 silver spikes arrived....
I called to inquire and try to sort out the problem only to be told to send in a email.... ( I don’t have time for the back and forth of emails) I explained that and tried to give her my receipt number so rectify the problem to be told again no send a email.
I then said this is disgusting as you are quick enough to take payments over the phone just no willing to sort out any issues, only then did she offer to get someone to call me.
IT GETS WORSE
Someone called me to ‘tell me off’ for upsetting their team member as she has lost her grandad recently and she is a single mom...... WOW, hello did you see my order.... I have lost people too and I only wanted what I ordered and paid for also asked for someone to help me sort it!!!
I do try to use smaller family businesses especially at this time but honestly Amazon never brings these issues.
Asked for what I paid for to be sent to me she refused to answer.
Staff need to be mindful of what everyone is going through at this awful time, to keep their business and personal life separate and not to guilt trip customers for not for filling orders paid for.

Fast delivery, well packed lovely flowers.

I bought these flowers for my husband's grave. They replace my first purchase of flowers from this company. These have withstood, for well over a year, everything that the weather has thrown at them - including weeks of steady, pouring rain, and high winds. They always looked good and made me feel I had done my best for a very good husband.
