Excellent! As they did not have sufficient number of my original choice of flowers I received a phone call from a delightful lady who was very apologetic but took the time to go through all the flowers available in the colour I wanted. Having decided to purchase another variety they were despatched same day at no extra cost and they are amazing. Would definitely use them again.
