I would not recommend this company
I would not recommend this company. My order arrived in a massive box which was half open. Due the box being too big, the flowers were thrown around in transit and arrived damaged. The box was also wet due to the rain so the fact that the box was not securely taped shut meant the product was wet.

The box size - we do not have an individual box size for each of our products.
We pack them securely in an appropriate box for the size of the order.
We are sorry but it not our fault that the box/ product was wet as it left us in perfect condition.
We think the complaint is with MY HERMES over the box being wet.

I ordered the lilies because they were my Mother favourite flowers. I want to these flowers on my Mother Grave. They look like the real thing she would have had loved to receive these in person but sadly she is no longer with us. Came well packaged and before the due date. I would fully recommend the seller and the Artificial flowers.

I bought these flowers for my bathroom…
I bought these Elderflower for my bathroom and was not disappointed, they look very realistic, the only thing I would say is that when I unpacked them I they were in about 6 pieces, the flowers had come apart but having said that I managed to put all the pieces back onto the stem again so no problem and they look gorgeous. Quick service too. Would definitely use again.
