The theater trays arrived quickly. I ordered 7 but the system said my credit card didn’t go thru so I re ordered a couple days later. Ended up both orders went thru. I have to pay the shipping back due to their issue which is about half what the total is. They were rude on the phone and didn’t take any ownership for the issue.

Upbeat can do attitude. I felt much better after calling.

I just wanted to write to tell you what a pleasure it was speaking with Cherise today. I had an issue with my tray table. Cherise had me send her a photo so she could see what I was referring to. It turns out that she was going to send me a new tray but I was able to get the film off so it was not needed. But, she was the bright spot in all this. If her boss reads this, she's a keeper and deserves a raise!

Orderd couched about a month ago. It first was easy. You recieve an email and confirming the info for shipping. Everything was good there. The issue is the shipping. Got an email on shipping and tracked on an app. Tracked it all the way here. Then the nightmare. The app Arrival date was Mon 23 - Fri 27. A lot worse than phone or cable companies. So, the 27th called in and they wanted to set up delivery. I asked why didn't they contact me 3 days ago when they recieved it. They said they do contact the customer. OK, they can deliever next week and not I'm not going to be able to recieve the couches because I'm shipping out. So I had to send everything back. Customer service had no problem taking it all back. A good thing. But no couch.

The remote on one of the 4 Solace heat & massage chairs stopped working. With Cherise's guidance, we were able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Otherwise, the heat and massage would have been out of service for the time required to schedule and dispatch a technician. Thank you Cherise!
