POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
we ordered a sectional from this store and it was delivered just this past Wednesday. They failed to deliver the wedge piece of our sectional and so the order is incomplete. When we called customer service they acknowledged that they did not include the missing piece in our delivery and said we had to wait until MID-JANUARY to get it !! their customer service is poor, our emails go unanswered and when you go on chat they transferred me and transferred me without anyone responding ! In the middle of this holiday season when I will have a full house of guests .... and constantly have to tell everyone that Theaterseatstore.com is not worth buying from !

Wow! I purchased my chairs several years ago and recently had an issue with one chair. I reached out to TheaterSeatStore really just to inquire about the warranty period. The issue with my chair was no longer under warranty but, to my surprise, my case was still assigned to someone to help me figure out the problem and resolve at my expense. That someone was Cherise. I started troubleshooting with emailed info. Then to move things along quicker, she called me. On the phone, she was patient and thorough as she walked me through an additional step to pinpoint the issue. She answered my questions and I believe we identified the issue. She went the extra mile because I was responsible for the cost of the part and it can't be returned. I never expected TheaterSeatStore to be so helpful years after my purchase and I'm so grateful my case was assigned to Charise.

Cherise was very helpful following up on the issue with the stains on the furniture I received. She tried sending leather cleaner, then hired a furniture company to attempt to remove them as well. When this was unsuccessful, she reached out and said that they will remake the furniture to ensure that I receive it in perfect condition as intended.

Great customer service.
I cannot say enough great things about the customer service at this company. Their representative Cherise picks up the phone when it rings. There is no phone tree to navigate to try to find a human. Once on the phone she sorts out all the normal kinks about scheduling delivery etc. We had an issue on one thing that we bought and she has promised to get it replaced and was really generous when it came to the details about my large purchase. I would deal with this company just for the fact that you have good old fashioned customer service.

Even though the delivery & assembly was not what I was expecting- "white glove setup"... From the time the delivery drivers started assembling our chairs, Cherise went above & beyond to help throughout the entire process. She was patient & helpful & took care of a couple minor issues we had & made sure we are 100% satisfied.
Love our new chairs, customer service very helpful
I will start by saying that we LOVE our new chairs. The fabric & quality is great, they look very sleek and we are very happy with them. The delivery was the downfall here. It took quite a bit of time to get our chairs and then the wrong color was delivered. I was not a fan of the company that was used to outsource the delivery. The first crew was unprofessional, but the second crew delivering + picking up the chairs was much better. The Hub Group never answered their phones and I always was sent to a voicemail which with our delivery issues, caused quite a bit of frustration. About two months after ordering, we finally have it all resolved.
Cherise Sambel at Theater Seat Store, however, was an outstanding customer service representative throughout this process. She was in constant communication with me via both phone and email making sure that our order was corrected and fixed appropriately. She would also call the transportation company for me and be sure they were helping resolve our return/delivery. Without her, our experience would not have been stellar. Thank you, Cherise, for helping getting this all situated!
