worst couch ever bought spent close to 12k for this horrible couch--cushions dilapidated after 4 months they replaced them and the same thing happened to the replacements

This online major purchase of Octane HR Flex theatre seating couldn't have been more satisfying, easy, smooth and fast. (It was as if I had purchased in a local furniture store.) Exactly 11 days from order to set up in our home. The shipping and final delivery by Porter Moving made using the "White Glove Delivery" a great experience.

Very happy with our seating. So happy that after a house fire we wanted to replace them. So we went right back with theaterseats.com
and ordered more seating .
They helped us get exactly what we were looking for.
However there was a mix up on one of the chairs. They delivered one in a different style. I called and got to speak with Cherise in customer service. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Told me exactly what to do to get a new replacement. Took care of me beginning to end. My new seat is on its way. I wish all online customer service was as polite and helpful as Cherise. I am so happy that I bought from them again. And thank goodness they have Cherise taking care of them on the customer service end.

Cherise got me exactly what I needed very quickly. My chair was not working and is now working again.

I had a little bit of an issue with the delivery service not being able to fit my chairs through the doorway and thought all six chairs were going to have to be returned! Charise was super helpful in chasing down the issue and working directly with the delivery service and had my chairs in place a few days later. Great customer service and beautiful chairs!

The sales rep Bridgette was extremely dishonest and gave me a lot of misinformation. The shipping company that Theater Seat Store uses (SEKO) is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. Nothing about this experience was good. Theater Seat Store's customer service is a negative -5 stars or worse. I wish that I would have ordered my furniture from a different store. Lesson learned and never again.
UPDATE: After Theater Seat Store saw my review, I received a call from Shara, a supervisor. She explained that Bridgett was a new employee, with much to learn. She offered me some accessories to go along with my furniture since I had such a horrible experience. I believe that Shara went above what most companies would do. In a nutshell, we LOVE our furniture! I noticed that when our accessories arrived, it was by a different shipping company (R+T), and what a difference it was, NO ISSUES. For those reasons, I have to change my rate from a negative 5 stars to 4 stars. Thanks to Theater Seat Store for making things right. It was much appreciated.

Bridgette epitomizes what customer service should be all about. She was instantly responsive, attentive and I sensed her sincere sympathy towards the customer. I wish all customer service experiences are like what I just experienced. It restored my belief that indeed good customer relations are alive and well.

Cherise was VERY helpful in assisting me with a contractor to come out to my house and diagnose my theater chair problems! She was even more instrumental in going the extra mile in finding me the required part requested by the technician. This was a chore because my chair has been Discontinued. She patiently searched and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. In todays times where great customer support is rarely provided, Cherise's customer support exceeded my expectations!

Overall great! I searched for theater chair / couch options online. Read reviews. Worked with Tom on my order. He was very helpful. Delivery was a success. Love my chairs (double loveseat option). Had to troubleshoot with Cherise on a couple small items. She was fantastic. Thank you all!

I purchased an Octane LHR CloudNine Massage Zero Gravity recliner for my husband for his birthday. The chair arrived quickly and exceeded our expectations. This past weekend however, the chair stopped working, so I contacted Charise at the Theater Seat Store for assistance. She was wonderful...she listened carefully and made it clear she was going to work with us until the problem was resolved. She then did some troubleshooting over the phone and helped us discover that the power plug on the back of the chair had become detached. It was a simple fix that avoided wasted manpower, time and cost, and equally important to us, allowed my husband to resume his heated back massages. Charise is practical, very friendly and delivers the best customer service!

Sofa was shipped within timeframe quoted and arrive in good condition. I hooked sections together for a beautiful looking sofa, however I noticed that the dropdown table in the middle section was built kinda crooked so I contacted Cherise in customer service and explained the problem.
She opened a case and started working on a resolution for me and after both of us working on it we were about to come to a satisfactory resolution. Cherise was very professional and really worked hard to help get this worked out and settled and made the best out of this unfortunate situation.

We had ordered 3 chairs and only got two. The carrier said they didn't know where it was. I called your support and got Cherise. She put our minds to rest immediately. She said don't worry we will get this fixed. She started a claim and the carrier fixed the next day. Things happen and she dealt with it like a boss.
