I can’t say enough great things about Cherise! She truly went above and beyond to ensure my concerns were addressed, demonstrating a level of care and dedication that is incredibly rare these days. From start to finish, she was not only professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in making sure I had the best possible experience.
Finding someone who takes the time to listen, understands the issue at hand, and follows through with such attention to detail is almost unheard of, but Cherise exceeded every expectation. Her exceptional customer service, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed, and I am beyond grateful for her help.

Cherie was very helpful with my issue with my recliner. She gave me all the information on requested and ordered my recliner chair cushion for me and was delivered within 3 days. She guided us with the Furniture solution repair department and also gave us instructions if we wanted to insert the chair cushion ourselves. Cherise was kind and knowledgeable and is an asset to your company. She is a keeper!

I love Cherise!!! I would totally give her a 100 star rating if I could! She called to update my girlfriend & I and get some clarity on one of our issues, after that I had asked about some other things that I noticed, wasn’t sure if they’re were typical or just not right, so I asked if it was possible to make a FaceTime call to make things more efficient and to my surprise she was able too. We only needed like 30secs which overall resulted in the best & easiest customer experience I’ve ever had! STRONGLY recommend Cherise to take care of any customer needs! I would absolutely support & agree with giving her a raise!🤗

Sectional - Bliss style in Grey
We purchased a large sectional and we are thrilled with our purchase. The grey color is very nice and neutral. Not greenish in tone and I like that. The features are superb. Love the massage and heat and the recliners are super comfortable. We really like that the seats are not giant oversized seats that take up to much space. Seats so big two people can't fit in yet so big that a ton of space is wasted for getting more people on the sectional. Customer service has been great too! Highly recommend this company. Price was pricey but I got everything I wanted and they gave me a discount too.

When we had a charging port go out Cherise was quick to order another and have it delivered at no cost. While they offered installation it was so simple we were able to change it ourselves.

Although I had issues with original shipment I love the sectional and what makes this a 5 star rating is the customer service. Charisse Sambel provided exceptional service and followed up until I was completely satisfied. It’s hard to find such dedicated service now a days and Theater Seat is lucky to have her!

The Theater Seat Store website is very well designed with easy to navigate menus. The sheer amount of seating options is incredible. I love the idea of the 30 day try at home feature, where if you are not satisfied with the product you can return it - this was truly the biggest selling point for my wife who was very hesitant about purchasing something sight unseen. I had an issue with one of the chairs coming in damaged, and it took way too long for my liking to get a replacement, and to get a price adjustment, but Cherise was able to walk me off the cliff so to speak. Honestly this would have been more of a 3 star review if not for Cherise's involvement in problem resolution(s).

Customer Service Review
Received my chairs on 2/7. Chairs are great! Comfortable. I will enjoy these. The $199 white glove delivery service and set up was not great. I ended up having to connect the chairs, put the rubber pads on the bottom, and figure out how to get power to each chair. As a 71 year old, this was why I was willing to pay to get them installed. I called after hours on Friday to complain, and it was not until Monday that I got in touch with customer service. Cherise is the pleasant young lady I talked too bright and early on Monday. While I was prepared to jump into an argument over the $199, Cherise listened to my short story complaint and immediately said she would refund the $199 with no questions asked. Great customer service. While I hope not to need customer service in the future, I'm hoping that Cherise answers the phone if I do. Thank you, Cherise.

ordered 3 Octane seats for my Home…
ordered 3 Octane seats for my Home theater, one of them came in with a damaged box. Chair was scratched and damaged. TSS replaced the chair and I am very happy with the result. Thank you for the help.

Cherise saved the day!
Cherise came to my aid in helping to get our seating delivered. She was the consummate professional in cutting through all the BS while contacting personnel up the organizational chart to assist in leveraging the delivery team to cut out the games and deliver the order. Cherise encountered numerous obstacles along the way but she never gave up. She remained in constant contact with me sharing what was happening in the process. I truly believe the order would have been cancelled if not for her involvement.
I would suggest Cherise be put up for promotion/pay increase in view of her outstanding performance in the face of the incompetence of the contractor utilized for delivery in this matter.
