Incredibly Impressed!
The theater seating that we ordered has been very comfortable and has been wonderful. But the greatest thing about the experience has been the people I have interacted with. Nick was my salesman and he was very nice and extremely helpful. The order arrived with a section of a sofa missing. So I have been working with Cherise from customer service. She has been incredible. I am so appreciate of how quickly she has responded to every question and request. She is friendly, excellent at her job and a joy to talk to. I have been so impressed by the experience.

The representative took time to walk-through the different options. Available to make sure that the perfect replacement was ordered. No waiting on hold. Short shipping time for the replacement. Failed control box
The control box on my theater chair failed. Contacted the TheaterSeatStore customer service and was greeted by Cherise. I am a 75 years old and was treated with respect, kindness and professionalism by Cherise. She ordered a new control box and when it came, was, once again, the point of contact when my installation of new part went south. She offered to do research on how to fix the problem (very kind of her). I happened upon a fix while inspecting my installation and was able to achieve a solution to my problem. Without the kind words and support of Cherise, I doubt the outcome would have been so positive an experience. Thank you Cherise!!
Great Customer Service
We purchased two new theater chairs in January and sometime in April the LED running lights on the bottom of both chairs stopped working. I contacted Theater Seat Store and they promptly sent replacement control modules and new LED running lights for both chairs. When they arrived, we were able to replace the new control modules ourselves and everything is working again. Cherise at Theater Seat Store followed up to make sure we didn't need a technician to install the new module and told us to keep the LED lights for any future needs. We are impressed with the great customer service from initial contact to final follow up. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to purchase a great product with great customer service. We love our seats!

We are so glad we found this gem. We are from Michigan but heard about this place and as luck would have it there was a store on our way home from our Colorado trip. We stopped in and Tory was extremely helpful with helping us choose our set. We set a date to have it delivered and unfortunately the date somehow got screwed up and we had to wait an additional week. Normally that wouldnt be a problem, however we were going to be out of town on that dates that they were offering. Cherise went above and beyond and made sure we got our furniture before we left. The guys who delivered it couldn't have been nicer or better for the job

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. Their website says that you have 30 days to try something out or get a full refund. Of course, they charge you to ship it back, then if you get the white clove delivery service you don't get that back and oh yeah, they take their sweet time refunding your money. I returned my item (it was not new; you could tell the one seat had been sat on as it had no cushion compared to the other one) and they had the return for over 3 weeks before I could get my money refunded back. It took me several phone calls and getting upset and frustrated before I could get them to take immediate action. I was always told oh we are working on it. It will be processed soon. Once they receive the item, it should be refunded the same day, not 3 1/2 weeks later after I've made several phone calls requesting the money. I spend $2,888 and was told I would get all but $450 back but when I refund was finally processed, I only received back $2,256.98. I am not a genius, but I do know the difference between what I paid, and my refund is 631.00. When I asked why it was 631 instead of 450, I was told oh, you had white glove delivery service, and we don't refund that either. Now, they tell me. So, I basically lost 631.00 and received piss poor customer service and they kept my money for almost a month. Totally ridiculous and unacceptable!!! I asked if they would be willing to make any concessions for me due to the length of time it took for the refund and the answer was no, sorry we can't do that. Absolute BS!!!! Don't do business with this company!!! The product is not worth it, and the customer service is even worse!!!!! I asked to speak with management and of course, they are never available so I am posting online as I told the person I would do.
