I would give Cherise at customer service 10 stars but only 5 are allowed. There was a minor issue with our delivery and some parts on back order. No excuses, prompt, courteous and resolved immediately. If my company was in a similar line of retail, I would hire Cherise sight unseen based on her communication and problem resolution skills.

We had a problem with the delivery company and their "white glove" service. Despite the fact that it was their fault our chair was damaged, Cherise was exceptional in solving the issue. She is sending us a new chair to replace the damaged one and continuing the "white glove" delivery. It is rare today to find a company with true "customer service," but Cherise and Theater Seat Store definitely live up to their guarantee!

There were some damage issues with the delivery but my experience with customer service has been great. Cherise answered the phone, so refreshing not to get the runaround with an answering system and speak to a real person right away. She was proactive and pleasant to deal with. Based on the interaction thus far I am confident they will resolve the matter timely and professionally.

Cherise Sambel provided world class customer service. She consistently kept us informed about the progress of the 6 Octane recliner seats we ordered for our media room. It's people like Cherise that give customers like myself the confidence to continue to use her company for future purchases.

We looked at local furniture stores, and could not find the chairs we wanted. Online we found Theater Seat Store, chatted with a sales person and placed an order for 4 Nero Octane leather chairs. Spoke with a nice helpful woman about shipping the chairs to our location. Our chairs arrived yesterday. They are very nice leather, comfortable, and fit a tall person very well. We paid extra to have white glove delivery. While that took longer to deliver our chairs due to the local delivery service finding people to do white glove delivery, it was worth the extra fee. Two people carried the chairs through our house, set up in the room, checked electrical connections, and carried away the boxes the chairs were packed in. All we had to do was sit down and enjoy our great new chairs!!

I appreciated the prompt attention and concern by Cherise regarding an issue while making my credit card payment. She found the input error and quickly made the corrections, and I was able to complete the purchase.

We love our recently acquired Theater Seats. We were briefly disappointed when one of the chairs did not seem to work (lack of power). With the help of Cherise, CSR who took our call, she gave us a few simple steps to try and it resolved our issue. I love getting a real person when calling a company for help vs. AI or a bot. Cherise is an all-star and our experience with the Theater Seat Store has been great!

My experience with Cherise and Theater Seat Store has been great. The sales team was very thorough. I also had a small issue with one of the seats and they’ve been easy to work with to get the problem resolved. We love are seats.

I couldn’t be more happier with the folks at the Theater Seat Store. I think what sets this company apart is their ability to listen and adjust to the customer’s needs. I wanted to lock in the low prices but couldn’t take delivery until several weeks later. My sales rep Tory knew exactly what to do. The support rep Cherise was phenomenal in tracking down the order and providing shipping updates. Delivery was smooth as well. 5 stars and then some. Thank you TSS.

There were some issues and the company went out of their way to satisfy us even sending us additional accessories to make the product work the best for us. The product itself worked beautifully and had nothing to do with the product, it had to do with the fact that I'm 6 ft 6 in tall and the chair didn't fit me perfectly.

We had a delivery problem so I contacted Cherise. She worked very hard to fix it. She was apologetic, friendly, professional, and effectively solved the problem.

Carla was patient and provided effective guidance to assist in troubleshooting the issue, but also offered further assistance if the troubleshooting tips did not work.

Carla was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to listen, clearly explained our options, and made sure every concern we had was addressed to get our theatre seat working. What stood out most was her genuine willingness to help and the care shown in making sure we felt supported. Much appreciated!

The Theater Seat Store was present and responsive throughout my entire purchase process. There are no regrets choosing them to customize the perfect den conversational grouping. The final product is beautiful, quality, and exactly what I wanted.

I am sure many deliveries are seamless, but my delivery was anything but. This included forgotten/lost pieces at the warehouse for first delivery, then a crushed piece on the second delivery. Neither delivery was "white glove" in any way. The contractors were clueless, less than careful, and one even cut himself and required attention.

What made the delivery fiasco tolerable was the exceptional assistance from Cherise at the Theater Seat Store. She took ownership of the situation and went above and beyond to assist with getting ALL the pieces delivered before the holiday family gathering. I could not be more thankful!!! Now, she has to deal with the manufacturer (and carrier?) to get a new unit manufactured and delivered to replace the damaged unit, which I am sure, she will handle with the same professionalism and personal touch.

I recommend this Company. They demonstrated that they follow through on each purchase and stand behind the products they sell.

Carla was extremely informative and very responsive with respect to problems I had with the controller for the chair’s massage and lumbar support functions. Carla and the company even went so far as to provide a new controller at no cost, even though the unit was beyond the warranty period. I have made purchases from the theater seat store in the past and will do so in the future without hesitation. I’ve already recommended the company to my son who is building a entertainment room..

Charise is awesome helped fixed the problem in only a few minutes. She is polite and professional a job well done thank you.
