Whole experience was excellent. i sent a email to query the product before purchase which was replied within the hour. After placing the order on the Wednesday I queried would i receive it by the end of the week.The store made sure i did by sending it out via express post at no extra charge. Great customer service. Being asked to write a review before…
Being asked to write a review before product has arrived is weird. Also giving a 10 day window timeframe as expected delivery seems very old fashioned. ......cheers I have updated my rating to reflect service received, but I would have preferred more accurate delivery updates than being asked straight away to write a review. Yes the product itself I am very happy with, but I had purchased the product before and knew the quality I should be receiving.

Good service but instructions would have helped
Pleased with the service. You responded quickly to my questions. Annoying that you cannot phone to ask questions. My Spalding never flat ball came a bit flat. I enquired and was told you ship balls 80% inflated. Instructions on the box warn you not to changed the pressure in the ball by pumping it up or releasing air as it is guaranteed for a year without needing air. Very confusing. Was eventually informed by your customer support that I needed to pump it up to the right pressure.It would have been good if the instructions had come with the delivery.
