I have ordered candles from the Bearded Candle Makers on & off for a number of years and, honestly, I just don't understand the negative reviews. Their product is legitimately unrivalled, their personal touches (handwritten thank you notes) are lovely and I've never been disappointed with a delivery or delivery time. So, yeah, please be assured this is a truly excellent little business.
Ordered two candles as a present. Unfortunately when they arrived one of the candles was mistakenly replaced as wax melts. I got in contact and they sent me a replacement free of charge and were very helpful!

My boyfriend and I love these candles and have been purchasing them for years. However in December he ordered 2 sets of candles for Christmas gifts and after several emails and trying to contact via insta had no response. These totalled to £60 and still haven’t received or gotten a refund!

Delivery never recieved, 3 weeks ordered. I have recieved goods from similar companies in Northern Ireland and all got to Dublin in time. 4 emails, 1 reply saying it was delivered and no reply to last 3. I would like a refund bearded guy.
Bought 3 packs of candles and got reply to say order was received and then absolutely nothing after that. Sent them 5 emails asking where my order was and no reply whatsoever, I have now had to get my money back through PayPal. Avoid this company.
Very prompt delivery. Securely packaged and with style. A free wax melt was included and all packaging was biodegradable or reusable (candle tin). The package was also sprayed with a delicious scent so it was a luxury to receive. The scents are strong, and wax is from sustainable Soy farms. Would order again.
