Great brand with outstanding support! Finally found my beard brand!

Placed an order recently and had a small issue with a bundle item I didn’t need.

Customer service responded quickly, handled it professionally, and issued a partial refund without any hassle. They didn’t have to do that, but did so for customer satisfaction, which I appreciated.

I haven’t received the products yet, so can’t comment on quality just yet, but based on the service so far, it’s been a smooth experience.

Will update once everything arrives.

Total mess. The brush arrived soaked in oil because the sample pouches they included leaked inside the box. I spent more time trying to clean the oil off the brush than actually using it. Greatly disappointed in the shipping quality

You email me several times asking for my opinion on your products that you say I’ve had for a few days but I’m yet to receive my order. Checked the tracking link you have sent me and Royal Mail say they have only just received my order a week after it’s placed. I’m happy to give you an update on what everything is like but I can’t if I’ve not received it. I know they are automated emails but it be might worth making sure customers have received products before asking for a review.

I am 38 years old and since leaving the U.S. Army in 2019 I have enjoyed keeping and growing a beard. I'll be honest, I tried maybe 3 or 4 "other" beard grooming products from online and from retail stores. NONE of those brought my beard to the level it is now. All thanks to The Beard Struggle!! There is no better beard grooming/treatment company in the world that is better than TBS!! My beard is soft as silk, smooth, zero tangles, and shapped like the beard I've always dreamed of having! PLUS, my wife is always complimenting it's look and smell. It wasn't until I began "religiously" using TBS routine(s) that other people began to notice and compliment my beard. I have been a customer for quite awhile now. I use an array of Beard Struggle products from beard wash and conditioner, to beard oil, to deodorant to cologne. The quality and scent profiles are top tier and the shipping speed and customer service are stellar.

To be honest, I absolutely love this company The fragrances that they put outare Great, thunderborn is probably my favorite hands down. i bought the deodorant, the shaver, growth accelerator, Microneedler clay soap and cologne and I Can't say enough My beard is growing in thicker and softer my face feels great.

Love the product and the quality is just out of this world.

Buildt quality is great, but as far as the brush performing the task, its pretty mediocre....the brush does not maintain the desired temperature and seems to have its own temperament......my advice is "stick to a hairdryer and brush....not worth the hype

The products are great and customer service is always fantastic.

The Aesir's Triumph scent is incredible and lasts all day without being too much. I use the Loki Unscented wash and wax so the scents don't clash, which works perfectly. My beard is noticeably softer, stays in place, and never feels greasy.

Highly recommend if you want quality products that actually work.

Honestly really impressed with The Beard Struggle.

Everything from the products to the overall experience feels properly top notch. You can tell they’ve put real thought into the branding, quality, and how it all comes together.

What stood out most for me though was the customer support. Quick to respond, helpful, and actually take the time to sort things properly rather than just giving generic replies.
