I went there today in person to pick up a couple of slats that was broken and 2x holders for my bed. Honestiy these guys are magicians I was in and out in 5 mins. Friendly, approachable and now have measurements so I can order online if anything like this happens again! Very reasonably priced as well. Bed all fixed in 5 mins,and the quality of the slats are proberly better than the original ones. I highly reccommend! Now I can get back to a lovely comfortable sleep. One top tip - give them a ring before you arrive to be sure someone is there because the premises looks like their warehouse.

Ordered items via b&q on a Monday, the shipping details says 1-2 days. On the Friday I get an email to say it's delayed all the while my child is sleeping on the floor due to needing bed slats for her bed.

There was no hassle in receiving a refund for the excess amount I paid for the alder wood that was not available.

Sandy's customer service is excellent. The bed slats I received were really good quality timber. Sandy arranged the delivery company and the order arrived the following day just before 9am, so I was also delighted with that.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery took just over 1 working day. Slats were cut to the exact length, and very fast delivery. Highly recommended.

Great customer service, very quick. I placed an order for 12mm custom slats because we have a heavy mattress. The staff can't be faulted as I made an error giving them the dimensions ('mm' rather than 'cm'). I panicked and rang when I found out what I had done.... no problem, they realised what I had done and all was good. Quick delivery and it was good to be able to give our 20year old bed base a new lease of life as the rest of the frame is fine.

Fantastic service. Ordered replacement slats at lunchtime on the Sunday between Christmas and New Year and received them before 10.00 on Tuesday 30th Dec. The slats were custom cut to the perfect length and fitted easily. The price was also amazingly reasonable! Excellent product and wonderful service.

Ordered a custom length cut via email at 4am Thursday. Royal Mail delivered Saturday morning. Oh, did I mention it was Christmas this week too? I think the replacement slats might be better quality than the original ones!!

What a fantastic pre and post sales service. I had a quite unusual and complex requirement. Sandy was so patient with me making sure that my order was going to work for me and then following up to make sure the shipment made it and the thing all worked out. The product was perfect and reasonably priced as well. You just don't come across customer care like this these days!

A superb service, my enquiries about delivery and the product were all answered swiftly. The product arrived in good condition and on time and are of a high quality, they were fitted to the bed that day and slept upon that night, a high quality service all round.

The extra strong slats I ordered were better than I expected. I called to enquire first but no answer but I was promptly called back. The order was sent next day delivery at no extra cost which is unusual as free delivery is normally 3-4 days.
These slats have future proofed my daughter’s bed. Don’t be tempted to buy the cheap ones that originally come with the bed.
