They will provide you with appartement that has tons of issue, and you can ask as much as you want to relocated or to solve the issue, they won't do anything even though it's on their contract.
Never met someone happy with them, you can see all the bad review are explaining the same. Very bad support, problems never solved.
You can find better somewhere else.

The most horrible company. We rented an apartment in Lisbon. Our manager was trying to help at the beginning, but didn't care at all at the end. We lived there for 6 months. The ACs weren't working, the washing machine broke, and it took them 12 days to fix, the shower didn't work properly, the wifi didn't reach the bedroom, the photos didn't correspond to the actual apartment. And it was super expensive. They didn't even care to check everything before our arrival. Absolutely horrible apartment and service.

When I moved in, there were already several damages and issues in the apartment. There was also mold present, but no one was willing to take care of it. By pure coincidence, I later found out that staff had also entered the apartment without my permission and without any legal basis.
The service during the stay was already catastrophic. After moving out, I was accused of damages and missing items that are simply not true, and an outrageous total amount was demanded for them. It feels as if they are trying to make money through false accusations.
I am a lawyer and have no problem taking this matter to court, but the way tenants are treated here is simply unacceptable. I would strongly advise against booking here.
As far as it regards the comment here: Blueground Stepped halfway back and offered an amount less. Since I got proof on my own that nothing was dmg or taken away by me we will go to Court.

Very disappointing experience with Blueground.
I made a confirmed reservation for an apartment in Lisbon and paid €14,444 for the booking. Around 18 hours later, the company cancelled the reservation. By that time I had already made travel arrangements and other plans based on the confirmation.
What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability afterwards. No compensation or goodwill gesture was offered despite the disruption and financial inconvenience caused by cancelling a confirmed reservation. Instead, I was sent alternative apartments at higher prices that I could have simply found on their website myself.
The company acknowledged in writing that the cancellation created a financial and logistical burden, yet still did not offer any meaningful resolution. The refund was also not processed immediately despite assurances that it would be prioritised.
When a company sends a reservation confirmation, customers reasonably assume the reservation is secure and make arrangements accordingly. Cancelling shortly afterwards and offering no support or compensation falls far below an acceptable level of customer service.
Based on this experience, I would strongly advise caution when booking through Blueground.

We rented an apartment through Blueground in Madrid for about a 1,5 year, and our experience was very positive. The apartment looked exactly like it did in the photos on the website. It was fully equipped and located in a great neighborhood, which made our stay very comfortable.
Whenever any issue came up, we could easily contact the team through the chat, and they always responded quickly and helped resolve the problem. Whether it was a question about documents or arranging a plumber, everything was handled efficiently.
The internet connection in the apartment was excellent, which was very important for us. Another advantage was that weekly cleaning was included in the rent.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this agency to others looking for accommodation in Madrid.

Overall, my stay was decent, but there were several issues that future guests should be aware of.
The biggest concern was the lack of professionalism from one of the security staff members at the front desk. HE was extremely RUDE Communication was extremely difficult, and he made no effort to help bridge the language barrier. He refused to use Google Translate and raised his voice at me more than once instead of trying to resolve the situation. When I tried to book a cleaning and later cancel it, the process also took an unnecessarily long time to be processed.
Another issue is the laundry room in the basement, which appears to have significant mold. The air quality down there makes it hard to breathe, which is concerning for anyones health. Additionally, if you try to access the laundry room earlier than 10:00 AM, the security guard at the desk may refuse access and respond very rudely.
There were also maintenance and building issues. When the TV in our unit broke, it took about three days to be repaired. At another point, the entire building lost internet service, and it sounded like this is a recurring problem.
On a more positive note, the cleaning staff were wonderful—friendly and helpful. She i actually tried to engage despite the language barrier. However, they typically only provide one towel per guest and are reluctant to provide extras unless you're lucky enough to get one.
If I were to stay again, I would recommend requesting a unit on the seventh floor rather than the second floor, as the experience there seemed noticeably better.
Overall, the stay was acceptable, but better communication, maintenance, and attention to building conditions would significantly improve the experience.

My friends and I rented an apartment at Blueground Istanbul from October 1st to January 16th. After moving out, we received information that our deposit would be refunded within a month, by February 16th. Almost three weeks have passed since then, and we still haven't received our deposit, which is 130,680 Turkish lira! We were informed several times that the finance department would send us the money by a certain date, but it never happened. The company hasn't responded to us yet. We demand our money back or we will take legal action.

I had a very disappointing experience with Blueground.
I made a reservation through their website and the payment was successfully processed. Shortly after, I received an email informing me that my reservation had been cancelled.
I was told that I would receive a refund. It has now been more than 14 days, and I still have not received my money back. On top of that, nobody is responding to my emails anymore.
It is not acceptable to cancel a reservation, promise a refund, and then completely stop communicating with the customer. I urgently needed that money, and being ignored like this is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
Very disappointed with the lack of customer support and accountability. I expected much better.
