Amazing experience living in a Blueground serviced apartment in Polanco. The facilities are very well maintained and everything functions properly. The soundproofing is excellent. The living room and kitchen are spacious, making it great for families with young children. The receptionist is very kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. All in all, a great place for expat families — truly a home away from home.

During our paid short let they thought it was appropriate to have 4+ viewings for other tenants in a couple of week period.
They lied and said it was for repairs and now have slipped up and said it is for a follow up tenant viewing.
We have twin 9 month old babies and a 4 year old and they are trying to schedule viewings during the weekend when my children are napping.
They are harassing us with the frequency of the viewings. This is all during days when we are paying for the use of the property, not paying to be a show room for them.

Check-in was easy and the apartment was clean and well-outfitted. My only complaint is that the master bath does not have a towel rack or toilet paper rack, otherwise the unit had everything. I especially liked the coffee, dishwasher and clothes washer detergent supplied with the welcome kit.

We arranged a fully furnished apartment through blueground. After paying the deposit and first month's rental, the photos on the listing changed - no longer advertising a building pool and gym. On enquiring, they said those photos had never been part of the listing and that I had to provide screenshot evidence, but I hadn't taken any screenshots. Classic bait and switch.
Then just 3 weeks before we were supposed to move in (Boston, from the UK) Blueground cancelled the booking and couldn't move us anywhere else. We have already paid over $4000 in daycare fees for our 2 year old.
Disgrace of a company happy to lie and deceive.
