Bought a Arc'tyrex Beta LT coat for my son and he's chuffed to bits with it. These are sold out in most places, especially in black, so happy days.

I came to the store to ask for some help with the fitting of some Danner hiking boots and the staff couldn't have been more friendly. I couldn't find these boots being sold in a store anywhere else so I was so happy to find that they were stocked here. Dom was so helpful and gave me a ton of advice whilst I tried a pair on. Super knowledgeable about the products too. I came away feeling so pleased and reassured. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be back for more Danner accessories in the future! I purchased a bag which I had struggled to find anywhere. In NO JOKE 18 hours that bag was at my door! I am so unbelievably impressed with this company and so pleased with my purchase! if I could give 10 stars I would. They also added a personalised note inside my order and I thought that was such a lovely touch. For anyone in doubt this is a safe brand who pride themselves on safe and secure delivery with an added personalised touch!

I bought a fleece online yesterday and added the cheapest postage. It arrived this morning via Post Office parcels with a super personalised note from their despatch team in the box. Just fantastic service

I ordered a pair of women’s Danner Mountain 600 boots for my partner in a size and colour that I couldn’t find anywhere else except The Brokedown Palace website.

They arrived next day with communication and tracking information excellent. They were also very well packaged.

Really happy with these boots. They fit perfectly and look great.

There was even a hand written note in the package thanking me for the order.

Because of all this I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again and recommend them.

Very prompt & efficient postage of my MSR stove kit, which arrived in very good condition, & with a friendly note. Thanks very much, I will enjoy using it! Also happy that the packaging was fully recyclable.

Ordered a Patagonia Atom Sling for dog walks, arrived very quickly (3 days) and in good condition. The packaging was minimal but in a good way, no excess of plastics etc.

Patagonia oddly can be a weird buying experience in the UK as not many high-street places stock it in my experience, so nice to find a reliable shop that seems to sell a lot of their stock.

Also, there was a nice handwritten note in the box, which, maybe due to a total starvation of social contact in lockdown, was appreciated.

I had initially ordered some gloves that were a size too small. Dee from customer service was so nice about going through the return and reorder process. She even included a little handwritten note saying that she hoped that new new size were a better fit :) Also well done on not using any plastic in their packaging!

Purchased a heavy winter jacket in October. The staff were amazing and really know the products they are selling. This was evident in their wide range of products which are clearly well thought out and of top quality. Unfortunately the item I purchased had a factory defect, but, huge shout out to Dee for her amazing support. She organised a replacement which arrived early somehow in tier 4 lockdown during the holiday rush! Dee also kept me informed the whole time via phone and email. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
