Absolutely Unprofessional
I began the process of transferring my life insurance policy in November 2024. After 6 months of back and forth, missing documents, and misquoted pricing I still do not have a policy in place. TBN took no accountability for its unprofessional handling of the issues. They also forgot to transfer over my daughters' policies after being told twice, which I am now thankful for, as we will not be switching them. For context, I am a healthy 40 year old with no serious medical issues so there is no reason that this process should have been so full of problems. I was able to secure an alternative term life policy from another broker in less than 24 hours.
