I visited the Parkwood Maidstone branch and the salesman Rob was very helpful right from the beginning. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some good advice. Also the fitter who attended today 4/8 ((forgot to get his name) was very efficient and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a new carpet etc. I will definitely be visiting them again soon

I went to the Charlton store only to make an inquiry. John assisted me, and because of his friendliness and knowledge, I made the decision to purchase the carpet there and then. I would not hesitate to recommend the Company and ask for John’s service.

The lady in the Maidstone hart street store could not have been more helpful - I only went in to enquire but she was so good that I make the decision and purchase there and then - she was superb

I've used carpet giant for years and the service they offer is fantastic. This time I wanted vinyl for my bathroom and it was fitted today having been ordered less than a week ago. The price was very reasonable and they couldn't have been more helpful when I ordered. I don't hesitate to recommend them if you want any flooring fitted at a fair price and with minimal fuss!

We got laminated fitted for the whole house by carpet giant orpington. The laminate in the kitchen was laid with big gaps casuing a trip hazard in two places. Terrible unfinished work. Still waiting on the company yo get back to me on finishing the work to a good standard.

I was referred by my sister having had a good service. She could not remember the name of the individual that attended to her but described him as "a biggish guy' I came in due to her speaking and rating their service very high. I was not disappointed as I had a wonderful experience. I was attended to in a very professional and kind manner. I had no experience of carpets but with the patient of Darren, I think that is his name, Asian looking, i made a good choice. He followed up even after the purchase which I really appreciate

Darren, my life saver! Came to the store, brought carpet, fitted within days with great underlay at great prices. Salesperson was informative, efficient, straight talking and cheerful.

I received excellent customer service care from Tyrone, he's a fantastic sales man deputy manager and should really hold the position of a branch/area manager. He goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied. If not for Tyrone's attentive behaviour this would be a far different review. Thank you Tyrone.

Excellent service at the Orpington branch, polite helpful and arranged fitting when I needed it, no waiting for 2 weeks like I had been told by others. Carpet fitters were very polite and did a great job, I will definitely be returning to buy more flooring.

We visited the Croydon branch was served by Tyrone really helpful and professional guy. He was happy to assist us with our order.
We were pleased when we left the store and looking forward to our new carpets

We bought carpets from the Ashford branch for the first time. The first carpet was fitted really well by (Darren) lovely guy.
On the 2nd carpet we had issues where the salesman had not calculated the carpet correctly and we were told only bedroom was paid for, not hallway, we were very stressed about the situation. The following day when their Manager Chris was working, he sorted out the issue first thing and phoned us to inform us. He was very honest and helpful, problem was rectified the same week. Again great fitters, in and out quickly. Love the carpets, much cheaper than carpet right and Tapi!

I have been a customer for 10 years with the croydon branch. This week I had a problem with my fitting arrangements, and was very overwhelmed as I am unwell. I spoke with the deputy manager Tyrone, who was more than courteous and went above and beyond to rectify the problem and did just that. I am extremely happy and hope seniors applaud this colleague for the lengths he went through to make sure my problem was dealt with efficiently. Thank you soo much Tyrone!!

Second time that I have made a purchase from the Orpington Branch. Bought a carpet some while ago and was so pleased with overall service and returned to buy some plastic grass. All staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. This time I was served by TOM, what a very nice chap, nothing was to much trouble for him. Great service TOM...Thankyou

I went to Croydon carpet giant with specific measurements required. Two lots of 12sqm and the rest however it came to make 40sqm in total. What I got was one massive piece and four smaller pieces rolled up. When I got home the piece was so big it was a nightmare to cut and as you'd expect cut incorrsctly as a result. Moral of the story stick to your guns and don't let them baffle you with chat. Have been using these guys for ages so I'm really disappointed. I now have to buy a 12sqm sheet. What a let down. 😩

i have problem with carpet giant, charlton, i bought order depositing more than 60 percent from them and they put date for fix it, when the time come , they called me and told me that the items is not delivered so we are unable to fix on the provided date, after we went for holiday, once we return from holiday, we received their call and told us that we are coming to fix it by tomorrow, you have to pay within days , if you will not pay , you have to pay panalty of changing date, i told them , okey , you can cancel fixed date without chage and if we cancel on the date which you fix without our consent , we have to pay panaly, and he agreed an say okay, and he fixed date for it , i paid remaining amount to them,

again, the fixer come to my property, and he put carpet , but he got penalty notice of parking , he told me you have to pay for it, he stopped working and told him , i will pay carry on, and he start carry on, and another when he came to my property and start taken out old carpet , he was about to finished the carpet taken out , he told me to pay for taken out old carpet from floor, i denied , i received call from carpet giants, if you need , i will provide his name as well for truthness, he told me , i need to pay 90 pounds ,
i told the guys who came to put carpet, okay , i will give you 20 pounds more for remaining taken out , he agreed and start doing his job
another problem , he took out the door and put carpet , he ignored to fixed it back and one door does not closed properly, i need to call builder to fixed it,
getting big problems using car giant carpet, i never experience this kind of problems before to put carpet
summrise
1. i pay 250 pounds , supposed to pay 200 pounds for put carpet, 200 for carpet put charge+40 parking panalty+10 for remaining taken out old carpet
2. need to pay builder to fixed two door , there was 4 doors but one door they took out and one door does not close
3. if they cancel appointment , they would not have penalty , if we unable to attend then we have to pay penalty

my problem
pay more money than needed and still the problem is there , what i should aspect from car giant charlton, london
