Received samples within a few days excellent service

When making such a crucial purchase, it was very important that we could consider a number of samples to ensure we made exactly the right choice. The speed and helpfulness of this company made that process most enjoyable and ultimately successful.

We ordered the sample pack on the Friday evening and it arrived by lunchtime on the Saturday, including leather samples and a brochure in a smart, self-contained pack. A very professional service.

The Chesterfield Company was very prompt in its response.
They were also prompt in sending a detailed brochure and some useful ‘Swatches’!
As a result I am now more likely to visit their showroom to examine their products more closely and to hopefully make a purchase as I am moving house soon and require a large sofa bed.

It was very easy to make my order, sadly however, I was expecting to take delivery of my order by late feb, we are now into march and still no word from the delivery dept as to when I can arrange a delivery time. They could do better to keep customer informed of status of orders.

Fabulous samples delivered quickly, and we've ordered our sofa and chair. Samples meant we could look at the colour in situ. Looking forward to our new furniture!

I am ideally looking for a high quality chesterfield sofa suite custom, 1 times 3 seater, 1 queen Ann reading chair, Two club arm chairs, all matching, with button downed seating cushions to allow circulation of air around the backside..I am going to contact Chesterfield sofas sales to get a quote.

I have requested leather samples to decide on ordering two armchairs. The leather and the colours are lovely. I have found difficult to order these armchairs without sitting on it, hence my reluctance to place a order. Also, I am interested only in armchairs with seat made with springs and foam, no detachable cushion; these seem to feel hard when you sit on it. Chesterfield has had few designs I like. I am thinking to tarvel to Manchester to see them.
