Happy with my order . The goods are decent quality and fix together easily. Packaging was robust and the interior packaging specifically was good with everything secure and in good condition. Looks nice too

I cancelled my order for the bed on 16 May, and refund of GBP 509.15 promised in 10-15 working days. No refund as yet. Just excuses, saying that the money has been credited to my account (which it hasn't) and that they are looking into the question.

My son loves his new bed.

Very happy with both the price and the quality. Assembly was really simple and it all went together perfectly.

It’s a smart little bed. Live all the cubby holes and storage ideas. A fantastic product, happy with the experience and delivery. All good for me 👍

Continue to await my refund, despite the company telling me it has been issued a week and a half ago and claiming it is now to be raised by the card company who are yet to receive any funds.

No bed and no refund!

Completely unhelpful reply from customer services who have not been willing to chase this up.

We have the snowy bed and it is very good.

The bed is great. We had a little wait but comms were good from the company. We wer after something multi functional to get an extra bit of storage and this bed just ticks all the boxes for us. Quality of it is excellent it was an easy build and my 7 year old now has a bed I’d expect to last him well into his teens.

We are waiting a refund of £933.60 for an order which was out if stock and cancelled from early April 2023 despite numerous attempts still no refund. Shocking! Total con artists stay well clear!!! Solicitors have now been instructed as we feel we are getting no where.

Bought as a gift for my grandchildren. It all appears solid and well built. No issues and they seem happy too.

Great experience and product. I spent ages search the web for a bed the was just the right size and stubbles across this site. I immediately loved their style and designs it’s easy something so different from a lot of sites which tended to sell the same stuff by the same brands. The product is excellent just as you’d expect from these descriptions online and compared to my other child’s bed the quality is head and should above it. Will be back again soon

Thebedis good looking I think at called the snow bed. Very high quality and particularly good for the price. Sturdy and I love the trundle roll out which gives you so much more space in the room, useful when the room is small.

Had to wait a little for for delivery to arrived but when it did it is fantastic and just what we hoped for and some more
Quality is outstanding and building it was a breeze. It looks so good even better than in the images online.
Can’t fault a thing so pleased we hung on. Even got a small refund for the delay excellent service!

Absolutely terrible customer service received from this company!
I ordereda bed at the beginning of April for my daughters birthday. Was told 6-8 weeks which would of landed perfectly for her birthday. At 7 weeks I emailed for an update and was told it was actually 8-10 week wait! I emailed again 2 days before the 10 weeks to receive a generic response of its a 8-10 week wait. Now on 11 weeks and despite emailing twice I'm now getting no response from this company and still no bed!

Complete & utter B....... take your money,don't deliver at specified date,then ignore all emails sent to them regarding a refund.Scammers don't touch them 🤬

**Update** 10th Aug 23 - Business has gone into Administration. Sadly not surprised - I hope more people got their refunds before this happened :-(

This business has potential but needs to start getting things RIGHT first - namely HONESTY and CUSTOMER SERVICE.
My experience spans nearly 18 months! I will abbreviate it as best I can, whilst remaining clear about the facts.
I ordered a mid sleeper bed for my little boy, with matching drawers to go underneath. In January 2022.
The bed arrived - not entirely within the advised timeline but not horrendously late. However they had emailed to say the Drawers were delayed. I said ok and waited.
And Waited.
And Waited.
Needless to say, I chased, I was fobbed off with poor excuses (as I say - HONESTY usually works best). Although I have no proof, I found what I was being told was made up excuses (lies). I suspect (again without proof) that the company's finances have an impact on them producing and importing the goods that they are taking orders for in a timely fashion. The proof I DO have is that the companies finances are in a poor state. 6 CCJ's against them since August 22 with only 2 being satisfied, and a credit rating of just 1/100 (Very High Risk). Anyone with a business Creditsafe account can verify this information.
Anyway, back to my story. After nearly a year of no-show for the drawers, I suddenly twigged how long it had been and decided to cancel for a refund. After much twoing and froing on the emails, I was finally offered a refund of the Drawers, PLUS and FOC desk that went with the set AND £50 'apology'.
Guess what - I then suffered radio silence. No refund or compensatory items. No replies to my emails.

I went to trading standards. I used Resolve.
In the end I believe the only reason my refund appeared in my account was because I chased the Non-executive director on Linkedin.
I requested the refund in December 22. I have had no correspondance from CFC since 5th Jan 23. The refund arrived May 23.

Oh but guess what - no compensation or FOC desk !

It is such a shame because we LOVE the bed! And I would still love to take the drawers if they turned up now!
But would I trust this company to take my money in advance for an order, or recommend anyone else should - not with a bargepole... or any other suitable phrase you can think of!!

ps I have a lot of emails evidencing all of this should it be debated!
