Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed, ordered 3 quirky pairs of socks for Xmas presents. Nothing got delivered, emailed asking for help, still got nothing but a reply saying ‘they are looking into the order’….and then they ask me to leave a review, don’t mind if I do. Where’s my order?

Ordered some clothes on the 22.11 and they have still not been received by Royal Mail, eventually got an automated email blaming Royal Mail, but I’ve purchased multiple items from different places and they have been delivered by Royal Mail since this date. Slow delivery wrong items
Slow delivery, which I understand is due to royal mail but company un able to give me tracking for my order that still hasn't arrived. A second order I made actually arrived before this first order for some reason but the item is completely wrong!! Been trying to contact but no luck atall, no body available to help

Ordered but no item received. They say they dispatched on 28th November… Royal Mail say they haven’t received it.
Cheap prices but really not worth the hassle.
Ordered loads of stuff from their sale a couple weeks ago. Took almost 2 weeks to dispatch. Kept trying to ask them what was going on but they seem to never answer calls or reply to emails.
Eventually arrived with the product I ordered in a Medium instead of the Large that I ordered. What a waste of time and money.
As attractive as some of the prices are, I would highly recommend avoiding. Really not worth it in terms of time and inconvenience. Try another website
Terrible, non existent customer service
Ordered a ‘mystery box’ from their website a few weeks back. I asked them to amend the delivery address to the same address as my billing address as when I had deleted it previously, it had come back up again. Anyway, I emailed customer services a couple of times and asked if they can’t amend the address, please can they cancel the order and not to dispatch as I don’t live at this address anymore. They responded saying this had been changed for me, I then received a ‘dispatched’ email WITH THE SAME OLD ADDRESS I HAD ASKED THEM TO CHANGE FOR ME. I followed this up 3 times now and still haven’t heard back from them. The tracking they’ve provided just says that Royal Mail have my item and nothing else. I understand that Royal Mail have strikes now but this has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with Chimp Store’s horrific customer service. Really bad customer service and still haven’t had a response from them. I actually wouldn’t ever use this place again.
Really Poor Customer Service
Really poor customer service. Purchased a jumper in the BF sales on the 25th November. Took my money, no issues. Suddenly on the 29th I receive a refund notification informing that there was a labelling issue, and the size isn't available in stock. Pretty much a "Lol, oops. Soz" situation. As Chimp Store are accountable for their oversight, they should offer a suitable resolution which doesn't leave their customers at a loss. I purchased nothing else during the BF sales and would have done if I hadn't purchased this item. So now I'm empty-handed. Chimp Store have ignored my emails which reflects the level of customer service they offer nicely. AVOID if you want proper service, as you won't find that here. Save the hassle and go elsewhere, there are plenty of other retailers.

Ordered a jacket from here. It never arrived. I emailed a number of times to find out what had happened, eventually received an email saying it had been sent back to them. Still not had a refund. Wouldn't recommend shopping from here. terrible customer service.
Big issues with shipping.
Ordered two beanies from the website for a birthday present for a friend. Got an email a few days later saying half of my order had been shipped to the wrong costumer and they were waiting for them to send it back so they could send it to me. They did offer me a refund for the item they misplaced however like stated previously they were both gifts for a friend so I said I’d wait as their birthday wasn’t for awhile … a week went by and I still hadn’t received a shipping update so I emailed again and they said the same thing again, and again, I agreed to wait. Long stories short it took three weeks overall and I finally got a message to say they were shipped but at that point I’d had enough of waiting and just got a full refund. Don’t order from the chimp store if you’re planning on getting things in a rush as it may take quite some time…

I seen this hat a lot cheaper with the chimp store than anywhere else. Great communication so I knew when my delivery was taking place. Item is exactly as described on the site. Fast turnaround. Thanks.
