Beware renting rooms from here from Mr KP. You will NOT get your deposit back. Many of his ex-tenants who I know all have their deposits confiscated. Rooms are also only maintained at basic levels as the cleaner is shared amongst many properties. And you will not ever get to meet Mr KP himself, but the assistant/cleaner auntie
