I ordered a pattern 3 weeks ago and still cannot log into my account. The only contact information is for sales@... I was told to use the reset tool on the website, which never worked. I am leaning towards something is fishy with this company. After many requests, no response. Buyer beware!
Products are good however misleading shipping policy (since corrected) leading to overcharging (not refunded). Initial contact ignored followed by poor customer care. No apology or refund for their mistake
