I visited Dr. Awan MCR at The Clinic Room for a consultation regarding the removal of a beauty mark on my face, which had appeared two years ago. It had been something I felt self-conscious about for a long time, and although I had tried various products, nothing worked.

Dr. Awan was extremely professional and took the time to explain the entire process clearly, which immediately put me at ease. The procedure itself was very straightforward and completely painless.

I would highly recommend Dr. Awan and The Clinic Room to anyone with skin concerns or insecurities. This experience has been a positive step in helping me regain my self-confidence.

I was a paying client and attended multiple appointments at this clinic.

The clinic advertises a “world-class miracle eye programme,” but in my personal experience the treatments offered did not seem particularly different from what many other clinics provide — despite being priced at a significant premium.

During the consultation I felt strongly encouraged to commit to a package of treatments and make payment on the spot, rather than being given time to properly think about it. I ended up spending almost £1000 on three sessions of laser with PRP and one session of polynucleotides, and unfortunately I personally saw no noticeable improvement from the treatments.

Another thing that concerned me was the overall environment of the clinic. On each of my visits the setting felt unprofessional, did not appear particularly clean to me, and there was very loud music playing throughout the appointments, which did not create the calm or clinical atmosphere I would normally expect when undergoing aesthetic treatments.

Since then, I have researched other clinics and found higher-quality polynucleotides available at a much lower price closer to home, which has been frustrating in hindsight.

Another concern for me was the professionalism within the clinic. At times it felt as though the practitioner and the doctor were not entirely aligned, as comments were occasionally made that seemed to undermine one another when the other wasn’t present. As a patient, that did not inspire much confidence.

When I later cancelled my final polynucleotide session due to my concerns, I did not feel that there was much interest in understanding my experience or addressing the issues I had raised.

My sister also had tear trough filler at the same London clinic and has since been dealing with scarring, which she believes may be related to the way the treatment was administered.

The final issue that made us extremely uncomfortable was a comment made by a male student present during one appointment, implying that one of us looked as though we had been domestically abused by our husbands. Regardless of intent, this felt deeply inappropriate and unprofessional in a medical setting.

Overall, based on my personal experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to research carefully and explore other clinics before committing to expensive packages.

Ametures and money grabber who ruined my face

I paid in full for an FMD test in their London branch, and was told the hair sample results would be ready within a week. That one week turned into a month, then a month turned into several months! They kept promising they’d follow up and send me the results—no luck.
After 3 stressful months of constant calls and texts, they finally emailed me the results. BUTTTTTTTT the file they sent had another client’s name all over it! Seriously, it was addressed to someone else!
When I called them out, their excuse was that it was the third party’s fault—the lab that tested the sample. LOL They didn’t even bother to check the file before sending it!
After they briefly apologised (but still blamed it to 3rd party) they sent me another email stating it’s the correct file with my results. Well guess what?!! it’s the exact same file again—word for word—except this time they just replaced the other client’s name with mine!!!!!
After all this disappointing and worrying service, I’m honestly not sure if those results are even real or actually mine.
Unbelievable!

They know that their treatments don't work . STAY AWAY ! Watch out for a few RED FLAGS . They will over promise you results.
They will encourage you to make a BACs transfer (something to make it difficult to get your money back). Don't fall for it
They have high deposits amount
They make lure you into paying for future sessions you haven't received yet .
They don't care about given value to the money people pay but rather want to take from people and deliver poor results.

I still haven't received my £380 which I paid had no treatment took Ibrahim to small courts he agreed to pay me back as of yet never received any refund PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE

Red Flags everywhere! This clinic I found on instagram and booked over the phone, they said the £20 Consultation deposit fee was refundable. My consultation happened and I asked for the consultation booking refund but now they are listing a whole list of things for me to email them such as proof I attended my appointment - WHERE AM I SUPPOSED TO GET THAT from? Why didn't they tell me before i attended so i could have asked for something to prove this. And they told me that no one will reply to my email for at least a week.
Unfortunately i'm the worse nightmare for a bad business as I always leave reviews and won't hesitate to initiate a chargeback, which is why i always pay on credit cards. When i arrived there was a locked door with no buzzer, i called the office and just got their answering machine. I had to keep calling and was left standing on their doorstep in the baking heatwave for a very long time, meanwhile i'm thinking i've been scammed, so the red flags were there before i even walked though the door. I asked the person doing the consultation if there were any contraindications - she didn't know the meaning of the word. I know what a fake review looks like an non of the 5 star reviews sound genuine.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. I began RF & HIFU treatments around 3–4 months ago, which are supposed to be done every 2–4 weeks. However, appointments were repeatedly booked by the therapist and then cancelled last-minute by the clinic.

Despite paying in full, I haven’t had a single treatment in over three months. I even traveled from Birmingham to your Manchester clinic, only to face the same issues again. How can this clinic claim to be the “best overall” when there’s a clear lack of staff, poor organisation, and completely unacceptable customer service?

When I initially requested a refund before starting the treatments, I was told it was non-refundable — yet the service promised was never delivered. It’s not the patient’s fault if a therapist leaves. Patients should not be left without treatments for months, especially when optimal results are expected within the first 2–4 weeks.

This experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and feels incredibly dishonest. It seems like the clinic is more interested in taking money than in delivering what was promised.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STAR, I WOULD!!!!

I REGRET COMING TO THIS CLINIC. I ONLY READ AND RELIED ON THE 4-5 STAR REVIEWS-I SHOULD HAVE READ THE 1-STAR REVIEWS INSTEAD. I WASTED MONEY, PAYING IN FULL FOR TWO DIFFERENT TREATMENT PLANS WITH SUBPAR SERVICE!!!!

For the Miracle Eye Program, the original plan was, in this order: 2 laser sessions, 2 PRD sessions, 3 radiofrequency sessions, and a filler session. However, on my second visit, the laser treatment was changed to microneedling. The doctor explained that, based on his assessment, microneedling was more suitable than laser. I understood and agreed to this change. Please note, this was not an additional free service but a complete amendment to the treatment plan (an important detail later).
The following sessions proceeded as planned. I had already asked Nurse Jasmine to book all remaining sessions in advance due to upcoming work and personal commitments. The remaining appointments were 2 radiofrequency sessions and 1 filler session-3 prebooked appointments in total.
However, the second radiofrequency session was mishandled. I was booked with different staff-a doctor and nurse-who did not explain the procedure and simply asked me to lie on the treatment table. When they were about to use the probe, I stopped them and asked why no gel was applied, as Nurse Jasmine did during my first radiofrequency session. The doctor said gel is applied after laser. I clarified this was a radiofrequency session, not laser, as Nurse Jasmine and the initial doctor had explained. The doctor insisted it was a laser session and suggested rescheduling radiofrequency later, without apologizing. I felt gaslighted as he continued to claim it was a laser session (despite the earlier microneedling change) and insisted microneedling was a free service, so I still owed the remaining laser session. I reiterated that the change was explained as a replacement, not a free addition, but he refused to accept this.
The following week, I had my second radiofrequency session, however my skin reacted badly-red, sore, and blistered-despite being told there would be no downtime and to just use sunscreen. When I sought advice, they just kept on recommending putting aloe gel. Weeks later, my skin remained inflamed, so I canceled all remaining sessions. When I called, staff seemed more concerned about refunds than my skin condition. My comfort mattered more than money, so I said I don’t care about the refund my skin still sore.

I also paid in full for an FMD test. Nurse Jasmine collected my hair sample when I had my PRD session and said hair sample results would arrive within one week. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive the results. When I canceled my Miracle Eye Treatment sessions, I requested the FMD results again. Staff promised to follow up but never did. It has now been 2.5 months, and my messages are ignored. It feels like they took my money and stopped caring.
Overall, I am very disappointed with the lack of communication, poor treatment management, and disregard for patient care.

I WISH I HAD READ HONEST REVIEWS BEFORE TRUSTING CLINIC ROOM WITH MY TREATMENT. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS CLINIC IS MISLEADING. THEIR INSTAGRAM IS FILLED WITH FAKE FOLLOWERS AND BOUGHT LIKES, MAKING THEM APPEAR FAR MORE REPUTABLE THAN THEY ACTUALLY ARE. DON’T BE FOOLED!

MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE WITH DELAYS, LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS, POOR SERVICE, AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY. THEY FAILED TO PROVIDE THE TREATMENTS I PAID FOR, DID NOT FOLLOW PROPER PRE-TREATMENT PROTOCOLS, AND REFUSED TO REFUND ME DESPITE THEIR REPEATED FAILURES. I AM STILL OWED MONEY FOR UNUSED LED SESSIONS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN SCHEDULED!!!!!!!

I INITIALLY SIGNED UP FOR A TREATMENT PLAN THAT INCLUDED LED SESSIONS, A PEEL, AND A HEALTH ASSESSMENT. THE HEALTH ASSESSMENT RESULTS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE READY IN FIVE DAYS, BUT AFTER WEEKS OF CHASING THEM, I WAS TOLD MY FIRST TEST WAS INCONCLUSIVE WITH NO CLEAR EXPLANATION. THEY TOOK A SECOND SAMPLE, YET I STILL DIDN’T RECEIVE MY RESULTS WITHIN THE PROMISED TIMEFRAME. BY THE TIME THEY FINALLY SENT THEM, THEY WERE COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT TO MY TREATMENT PLAN. AT THIS POINT, I DON’T TRUST THEIR TESTING PROCESS OR THE ACCURACY OF THE RESULTS.

THE LED SESSIONS WERE ALSO A MESS, APPOINTMENTS WERE RESCHEDULED LAST MINUTE MULTIPLE TIMES, SHOWING A LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND ORGANISATION. AT MY FIRST SESSION, NO PRE- OR POST-CARE INSTRUCTIONS WERE GIVEN, RAISING SERIOUS HYGIENE AND SAFETY CONCERNS. IT WAS ALSO CLEAR THAT THE PERSON PROVIDING THE TREATMENT WAS NOT PROPERLY TRAINED, WHICH IS HIGHLY CONCERNING AND MADE ME QUESTION THE OVERALL STANDARDS OF THIS CLINIC.

WHEN I RAISED MY CONCERNS, I WAS MET WITH EXCUSES AND DISMISSIVE RESPONSES, RATHER THAN ANY REAL ATTEMPT TO FIX THE SITUATION. DESPITE EVERYTHING, THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND ME FOR SERVICES THEY FAILED TO PROVIDE.

AFTER DOING SOME RESEARCH, I FOUND THAT MANY OTHER PEOPLE HAVE HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCES. THE FEW POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE DEFINITELY FAKE, WRITTEN TO COVER UP THEIR BAD PRACTICES. IF YOU CHECK INDEPENDENT REVIEW SITES, YOU’LL SEE MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS ABOUT LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS, POOR SERVICE, AND REFUND REFUSALS.

IF YOU’VE BEEN AFFECTED, I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO REPORT THEM TO THE JCCP (JOINT COUNCIL FOR COSMETIC PRACTITIONERS) AND TRADING STANDARDS.

THIS CLINIC TAKES ADVANTAGE OF CLIENTS, FAILS TO DELIVER ON ITS PROMISES, AND REFUSES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. I’LL BE ESCALATING MY COMPLAINT TO REGULATORY AUTHORITIES TO MAKE SURE THEY’RE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.

SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS & GO SOMEWHERE REPUTABLE!

I had THE WORST experience at this clinic. The customer service was appalling from the start. During my consultation, I was not seen by a practitioner, but by a member of the admin team, which I FOUND OUT AFTER my treatment. I was told I would receive all the necessary products for my six-month treatment, but after only two sessions, I was informed that I would need to purchase them myself.

I had to follow up on my appointment. When I called to follow up no one answered the phone for 4 days and when finally they answered the phone, the lady said she can’t find me in the system and will call back straight away. She called back two hours later to tell me I had missed the appointment by just five minutes and I had to reschedule my appointment something that I found completely unacceptable.

Finally I got an appointment that’s same day at 4pm as I refused any other day because of my schedule. When I got there, I spoke to the practitioner about the situation. Instead, she was argumentative and did not apologise for the inconvenience they had caused.
I’ve never had such a poor experience at a clinic before. I strongly suggest potential clients take their business elsewhere, as this clinic’s lack of professionalism and poor customer service was incredibly frustrating.

Avoid this clinic at all costs! The level of unprofessionalism and unethical behavior is shocking. They rarely answer their phones, never return calls as promised, and have rescheduled my appointments at least 10 times—if not more. Despite taking payment for services, they have failed to provide them and refuse to issue a refund. On top of that, they don’t even follow the treatment plan they initially set, making the entire process ineffective and a complete waste of money. It’s beyond me how they can justify charging for services they haven’t delivered. I’m sharing my experience to warn others—don’t make the same mistake I did!

Avoid at all cost.

This company only care about money. Ibrahim and his wife saw that this industry makes money but they have no relevant background or training. They hire/rent all their equipment. They don’t have permanent esthetician staff, they book Dr. Abes when needed. It’s all shambolic.

Please go to other clinics who have registered nurses, Doctors, dentists or people who have taken relevant courses and have prior experience in this industry.

Please don’t play around with your face/eyes/body with these people.

They also charge more than what other clinic do and they’re not even a 5star reputable company. Shows how greedy they are.

I’ve noticed they’ve changed a few treatment names to their own as well. Please do thorough checks yourself.

The worst, they have moved their clinic and would not even refund your booking fees. Yes I have cancelled many times but did not wished to go through it and they kind of force you to come over and I am pretty sure they would not have even refund me. I will not let that finish here

After a consultation with Ibrahim, Dr Awan did my PRP treatments to help with my eczema scarring, and I’ve already seen a huge improvement. I feel like I finally have a solution to my skin problems. Plus, Ibrahim’s advice on how to mange my overall health has been so helpful too. Will definitely be coming back for more treatments!

My dark circles have finally gone because of the MEP. I’ve tried so many eye creams for my dark circles, but nothing worked until I tried the Miracle Eye Programme at The Clinic Room. I was a bit nervous at first, but Ibrahim and his team made me feel so comfortable. I’ve already seen such an improvement as the circles are lighter, and I don’t look as tired all the time! Honestly, I’m so happy with the result, I wish I’d done I’d sooner.

I had the Miracle Eye Programme for my under eyes and I’m so glad. After years of struggling with bags under my eyes, I finally gave the Miracle Eye Programme a go at The Clinic Room. I couldn’t believe the results! After just a few treatments, the puffiness and dark circles are basically gone. Imaan at reception was super polite, and Ibrahim made sure I knew exactly what to expect. I feel and look so much younger, so glad I did this.

Extremely unprofessional. I had the treatment done for my scars from this place. Girls at desk very unprofessional and rude,left me waiting for an hour I had to remind them that I'm still here waiting. Music so loud that you can't even hear them but they are not willing to turn it down. Especially the girl with scarf vert unprofessional. Dr Awan was good and apologetic when I told him how I was waiting for an hour when he had no other client. He was knowledgeable but I didn't go back after 1 sessions because of the unprofessionalism and rudness of the girl at desk.
