Extremely unprofessional. I had the treatment done for my scars from this place. Girls at desk very unprofessional and rude,left me waiting for an hour I had to remind them that I'm still here waiting. Music so loud that you can't even hear them but they are not willing to turn it down. Especially the girl with scarf vert unprofessional. Dr Awan was good and apologetic when I told him how I was waiting for an hour when he had no other client. He was knowledgeable but I didn't go back after 1 sessions because of the unprofessionalism and rudness of the girl at desk.

The Miracle Eye Program should be renamed the Miracle Cry Program because that's how it's made me feel. I was so optimistic about obtaining positvie results from this course so paid £1,450 in October 2023 with the hope that a year later I would have visible results. This was the biggest regret of my life and I will now proceed with a legal claim against the company. As soon as they have your money, the problems begin - last-minute cancelled appointments, no-shows from staff members, no replies to emails and unfulfilled promises of complimentary sessions. The only positives were Abes, Summer and Roseanne who were all friendly during my appointments. I would avoid this company at all costs as my before and after photos show that the treatment made no difference to my eyes.

Avoid! This company doesn’t exist on companies house so if anything goes wrong, they are not liable. They will pressure you to opt in for treatments without telling you terms and conditions, and then they refuse to give refunds. They do not answer the phone and don’t reply to emails. Their London office isn’t fully equipped and only one member of staff working there. There are so many better places with more qualified professionals. Please don’t waste your money here

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I can only speak for the laser hair removal treatment. But this place is highly unprofessional from management down to reception staff they will book your appointment and few days prior or even on the day they will cancel it and reschedule when it’s not convenient for you this happened on every single appointment of mine and they will double book you with other clients then cancel yours. On one occasion I was left waiting in reception for 45 mins for my appointment due to the laser technicians being in training. On another occasion my appointment was cancelled a day before and I called to complain as I had taken time off work and was told they will only laser me if I bring my own towel which is absolutely ridiculous. Another occasion my appointment was cancelled again due to a double booking I called to complain and was told ‘we have to laser another client as she’s going on holiday’ when I complained the response I got was ‘I don’t know what you want me to do’ clearly lacking basic customer service. Highly recommend reading all reviews wish I had done that before going ahead with the treatment. They do not care about the quality of service they provide but are more bothered about the money. You will have one laser technician and by your next appointment she will be gone and you’ll have someone completely new. Take your money elsewhere and do not give it to this awful unprofessional company. Managers also write fake 5 star reviews absolutely pathetic.

Don’t come to this place it is a complete waste of money especially if you’re thinking of getting laser treatment. Don’t invest in a lot of money from this place. Their treatment doesn’t work and they refuse to give refunds. The worse thing is that they will cancel on you days before the appointment or even hours before. It is always because of their stupidity such as double booking or their staff leaving which is no surprise because this place is a mess. But then they reschedule it to their convenience not yours because as long as they get money, they don’t care about you. Just read all the other reviews on trust pilot and google, almost everyone has had a similar experience. Their manager is a massive coward who you can never get a hold of because she’s always in these so called “meetings” when really she lacks any morals and doesn’t know how to take any ownerships for her mistakes. She clearly doesn’t know how to run a good business and everyone else in the team is just as incompetent as her.

I sent of a complaint which happened in 28th June, still the team haven't managed to resolve anything. One advise before you sign up for any treatments in this clinic is do a lot of research & trust me there are clinics out there 10x better than this one, don't waste your money on this rubbish clinic. They don't value there customers.

Exceptionally poor customer service. Cannot comment on treatments they provide due to losing the faith in the company, as a professional entity, almost immediately but thankfully before any large sum of money was paid.

They burnt my skin with pico laser after the doctor reassured me it wouldn't burn my skin. They have no idea what they are doing. The dr was unprofessional and disorganised.

Ordered a product. Did not arrive. When I emailed them they said they no longer stock it. They did not bother to inform me of this. I checked their site and it is still on sale! This is ridiculous… literally a scam! They cancelled my consultation appointment because the doctor was out of the country and I have been unable to rebook since. I have not received my refund for both items. Absolutely appalling! Avoid! Waste of money!

Do not go to this clinic, they took £574 of me as a deposit, refusing to give me back my money for a treatment that they offered me that I do not want, he made me believe that it’s the only treatment that would help my pigmentation, he offered me consmelon that I have had before and it didn’t work, he wanted me to have it again, when I only just had it in dec, he’s unqualified and I’m so glad I didn’t go ahead with it, they are quick when they want your money, but to give it back they throw terms and conditions at you, no where did you give me t&cs when you wanted my money, you told me to book in myself to go ahead with the procedure, I have complained to JCCP, and I will be doing a complaint with my bank to get this money back, I will let everyone know not to go to this clinic because you are frauds, you’re not professional and you are wrong! Wrong advice! Wrong procedure! I was lucky I did not go ahead with this, unfortunately after seeing other people’s reviews you have ruined someone’s face how can you live with yourselfs, I will be taking this to court I will not let you get away with this I’ll make sure everyone knows about it! Guys do not come here for any procedure
UPDATE: so eventually I was offered a refund, I spoke to maraam, she said the refund would be done within 10-14 days, on day 15 there was still no refund, so I called in spoke to her and she said their bank rejected it, and the refund was done within 20 mins, however I was also asked to take this review down by maraam, which I would have done, if my refund was done on time, but this clinic is very unprofessional I still stand by what I’ve originally stated, keep away from them

Highly unprofessional and rude manager at Birmingham bissel street beanch. They cancelled my appointment and refused to return my deposit money. Tried to contact the customer service which is useless and unhelpful. Always mess up the appointment and force you to buy a package. Later they will cancel your appointment and tried to book you when it's not convenient for you. If you ask refund they will force you to buy something else but won't give refund. I have complained against them and taking them to court soon.

Honestly I wanted to give this place zero stars but sadly that wasn’t an option. This place is run by incompetent staff and terrible management. You will never stick with the same clinician because they are always leaving and now I know why. There is no organisation or professionalism in this place. They will wait until the very last minute to cancel your appointment then make you reschedule for the next month. I had to use my annual leave to get my treatment because they couldn’t accommodate to my schedule even though they were the ones to cancel on me. Do not come here they only want your money and to waste your time then take no responsibility for it.

i like the clinic and doctor awan . his hands so light no pain . he is good and happy man. very satisfied. recommended.

Recently got my lip filler treatment done by the practitioner Alina and I am so pleased with the results!
The clinic room staff are all so helpful and welcoming. From the admin team to the practitioner, all a very lovely bunch!

Will definitely be booking with them again!

Alina was very welcoming with her bubbly character and did the treatment very well she was very professional and had full trust in her to carry out treatments.

my VIP subscription for £100 a month was cancelled because i was making use of treatments. when this was sold to me I was told I can have as many treatments as I want.
It was a game and a way of making money.
there reason of cancellation was due to faulty machines. the service is appalling and disappointing

They’re very quick to take a deposit for booking an appointment but when you ask for the refundable deposit back, they are so so slow! I have sent emails & instagram messages & nearly a month down the line & no refund. I definitely will not be having any treatment here! UPDATE - 20/02/24 - REFUND WAS FINALLY ISSUED ON 19/02/24

2023 visit: I had my treatment initially 3 years ago and was pleased then and I have been back once again after so much time to only find that the treatments have been evolved dramatically. I have had the Miracle Eye Program which has given me so much confidence I cannot believe. From people asking me how tired I used to look, to now asking me how my under eyes are so glory. I have not touched concealer since my results and I cannot be more happy. I also had laser have removed and seen results from my 3rd session.

Overall extremely happy and will be back one again very soon.

2020 visit: Very professional, they were honest with how much or how little I actually needed to have done. Very positive results, will definitely be going back. Best in the business
