Having ordered a box, and then a subscription, I have now ordered several others - it's so lovely to have a stash of them, to either drink myself, or give as gifts. Excellent service. Excellent concept. Excellent quality. Excellent taste.

I can't comment on the drinks themselves as it was a gift but the customer service is excellent, and I've been told by other friends that the packaging and cocktails are great.

Ordered from The Cocktail Man originally as someone got me a gift voucher - I have now become a regular customer! Great selection of cocktails with regular specials. Cocktails are beautifully presented and taste exceptional - the quality is really very good. Makes a great gift or a treat for yourself!

This is the 2nd box I’ve bought as a treat for my cash starved daughter- first one was the porn star martini.
Both have been amazing. They feel really special. Love love love the packaging.

Not the best experience. I joined last year and paid the years subscription upfront, therefore could not have left.

Within the year I was subscribed I had numerous issues, some of which I did not reach out about as I simply could not be bothered. I wasn't going to leave a review, however a recent email received has annoyed me. The use of exclamation marks in a reply to me raising a concern comes across as aggressive and sarcastic. It may not be the case, however this is how it feels.

Within my year subscribed to The Cocktail Man I have had;

1) Late cocktails (due to my subscription being cancelled after they upgraded/moved their database)
2) Late cocktails after this issue was resolved, some did not arrive until the 5th of the following month, despite me being told they always dispatched on the 15th
3) Cocktail recipe cards bent and with foot prints
4) Cocktail kits that do not fit in the box, resulting in the box being damaged
5) No dispatch or confirmation emails since January 2021 despite signing up in August 2020

Overall, I think its a great concept, however its not been delivered to the standard I would expect. I was lucky enough to have only paid a small fee for my years subscription compared to the price they are charging now, however even for the £100 I paid I would not subscribe to this service again.

The Cocktail Man cocktail boxes always look so decadent arriving through the door. Their service is always top notch and everything arrives on time with notices to tell you it’s been delivered. I’ve used their boxes many times and have decided The Cocktail Man Boxes are the new flower delivery, I will be using them many more times in the future.

I have ordered both individual sets and also arranged a 3 month subscription as gifts.
They were all really well received and the recipients absolutely loved them

Purchased a total of 8 sets, 6 as gifts with accompanying gift messages.

On receipt of my order, the items arrived with no gift messages. Customer service offered a £5 voucher code which is currently being advertised anyway.

However, James the Director personally investigated my complaint and responded to me directly with an apology & details of how this technological issue affected my order.

Having received the personal touch from James regarding my unsatisfaction, I feel much more valued as a customer and should the gift recipients be impressed with the cocktail making, I will purchase more sets.

I have ordered a few single kits and they have all arrived in time. They make such fun gifts that are always well received by my friends. The quality is great so when the kits are on sale I treat myself.

Ordered from The Cocktail Man multiple times. Always had a great experience. The cocktails are fantastic - the ingredients have been lovingly and thoughtfully chosen. If there are any problems with your order, the company is extremely helpful and will make sure all problems are resolved. I subscribe to the monthly box and have also separately purchased the Champagne Cosmopolitan, Chocolate Orange Mudslides, Blood Orange Whisky Sours, Pornstar Martini and Salted Caramel Old Fashioned. All these cocktails have been perfect. Highly recommend.

I came across this brand online, and I'm hugely impressed. The customer service is excellent, as is the product itself. So far, I've had the Mango and Passion Fruit Mojito and the Salted Caramel Old Fashioneds - they are absolutely delicious.

The boxes arrive promptly, and they are beautifully packaged, making them a great gift for someone, or just a treat for yourself. I would recommend to anyone!
