James has been stellar, I have very little free time atm and so have had to reschedule some calls and he's always polite and understanding. Also I have been tentative in diving head first into things too quickly and he's been very accommodating with that also. The advice he gives it's really valuable, I would recommend but make sure you are ready to start up not just dipping a toe in else you may find it overwhelming. I'm looking forward to starting up with the accountancy side in Jan too as I can tell James knows his stuff and will be doing best by my company, not just for the fee

A total lifesaver! James helped me this process from start to finishes giving me loads of additional advice and items to be mindful of- not just during the set up phase - but also on an annual basis. This made a complicated process straightforward and extremely quick.The correspondence both via phone and email was very detailed and really helpful. In fact James stayed on phone and the web chat as I went through the set up process on-line.

The worst experience I have ever had dealing with a business. I tried to registered a business name, they took my money first and then requested that I provide proof of ID and Proof of address. I then gave them that information (passport and bank statement) I was then told it wasn’t enough and I needed to get it verified and stamped by the bank which I then did, they then said it didn’t have the correct wording. James then told me they didn’t want to deal with me and that there were cancelling the process. I still haven’t received my money and I was told I can’t speak to anyone else in the business even though I requested to speak to someone more senior. I have spent 5-6 hours getting this sorted and to then be told they are cancelling it is shocking. Do not use this company.

Fantastic service from James at the company warehouse. He helped with the application and went through everything I needed to do to make sure I was compliant going forward.
The dashboard is also great and allows you to quickly and easily manage your business and add other services such as VAT, Payroll, Data Protection and Trademarks as your business grows. Will definitely be using them again to manage my business.

It wasn't as painful as i expected such a project to be, the designs were creative and fun and the staff were helpful throughout. Im not saying that it went perfectly but every point i picked up on they achieved. Everything i asked to change and it didn't take long to do so. I don't login to the website everyday, the staff picked up on this and texted me on completion of each step, a big help to me.

I wanted a dormant company registered to protect a business name. I did not know how to go about this! The process to achieve this Was explained to me clearly, Friendly and efficiently! A suitable registration package was Recommended So I went ahead And registered My company name!

I received notification just before Christmas that they were no longer support the CMS on existing websites, this would end 31/12/2021.
I could not get anyone to respond to my “ticket” message asking for details so I called and was told they would get back to me with more information.
Today I was notified by a client that they could not get onto my website. I called The Company Warehouse and they refused to look into as a matter of urgency and told me I would be called back in 5 minutes.
My site is down and I am still waiting for that call.
Shameful.

Great that you can get a company registered for free.
It took a few days but it is a easy service to use!

Setting up and running my ltd company has been quick, easy and stress free. The Company Warehouse took care of everything and was helpful in explaining the process and options. I opted to also use their accountancy services from Pinnacle Accountancy and this has made day to day running a breeze. They take care of my Vat returns, self assessment, paye etc all I have to do is keep their book keeping software up to date saving me a huge amount of time and headaches.
