Grat recieved my product as described No issues

The crypto merchant has discounted products like cold storage wallets. Bought both my trezor one and ellipal titan mini through them

I ordered an item that shows its available. But then my order was canceled. I reached out and the rep was unsure. Sent an email and another rep said it was out of stock. Very conflicting. I brought item elsewhere for much cheaper.

Bought as a gift, came without packaging.
I had to urgently look for another gift.

I still don't understand what to do to make my Nano S plus work with and without my Nano S. I need to see step by step instructions on how to make them work with Ledger Live. I need more specific help that not only tells me what to do but how to find it in LL and how to do what is needed.

I was able to get the genuine Ledgers as I desired but it was inconvenient because I could not use my Business card to place the order. Something about having to upload a photo of it, my ID, and photo of me. I was able to pay with PayPal but it was not the business account, which was somewhat annoying.

I still haven't gotten a refund nor product and they stopped responding any more. If you are from a country where the banking services is limited to an extent like me and not possible to dispute the charge, then DON'T PURCHASE ANY GOODS FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY AT ALL.

If they don't give my money back, then they have effectively done a fraud. My money is already in their bank account months ago and apparently, on the way to turn to ashes or thin of air.
