Update - 29/04/2022: I had a problem with a Trezor One, after two months it arrived in my country and I sold the Trezor still sealed, after selling I discovered that the Trezor One was defective.

I contacted 'The Crypto Merchant' email support, although email support took a while sometimes I was answered almost every time.

I received the refund from Trezor One. I strongly recommend the site 'The Crypto Merchant' for your hardware wallet purchases, especially if you go to other countries including 'Brazil', the support is usual and the warranty works.

I would buy it again for sure, but this time I would buy a more robust product to be deception and defect proof.

Awful.
They did not send me the ordered hardware wallets because they could not confirm that "the billing address on your credit card matches the shipping address on your order".
I therefor, As requested ,send them a picture from my credit card and an ID.

But nothing happened.

I called several time and left messages.
Nothing happened either.
Then I cancelled and it took weeks until I got my money back.

Avoid this non-professional guys.

It´s been two months and the Trezor One Hardware Wallet still has not been delivered, and it is an important working tool for one of our colleagues.
The Crypto Merchant team refused to provide any help until 45 days had passed from the due date. Terrible service.

I lost my Ledger and wanted one delivered ASAP. The Crypto Merchant delivered it in 2 days I think (Ledger was slower.) At first I was worried it could be a scam, even after researching. But well, my funds have not been stolen yet, and it's been a half a year, so it must be legit! Haha. Ledger actually has them on a "certified dealer" list, like legit. So, hey I'm satisfied at I didn't get robbed.

my bitbox 2 arrived promptly and sealed in plastic. setup was straightforward. i watched (studied) a few online tutorials so there would be no gotchas. even with my big dumb fingers i got the hang of the interface fairly quickly. thank goodness for the back arrow. i run the desktop app on my linux computer with no issues (kubuntu 21.10).
